Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago-Lincolnshire

I didn’t like the receptionist kept repeating our room number for the whole lobby to hear. We were traveling with small children. There were people smoking in the room a few doors down from us. The tub was dirty. There wasn’t enough towels for us even though I put the number of people on the reservation. The breakfast wasn’t that good until the day before we left when there was waffles and bacon. Due to the shower not draining properly it caused what come on come on come on? We’re going downstairs bye. our children clothes to get week even though they were in the room next to the shower. Overall me and my family did not have the best experience. We did like the pool and the fitness room.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff were wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms being very comfortable and clean. We did ask for housekeeping to come in tidy up on day 2 but was told by the front desk that they only usually come every 4 days so did it myself . Overall me and my family had a great experience staying at the Homewood Suites

The hotel was nice, but the air conditioning system was malfunctioning. My room was hot, and no one called to let us know that the system was not working properly. I prepaid for my room and wish I had the chance to know what I was going into. We were there for a Naval graduation, so there were many families enduring the same issue. The hotel is older and in need of many upgrades.

Had a few minor setbacks in the beginning as after moved all luggage into the room and started to unpack (which we had alot since staying a week) found out the heat didn't work. They came right away, but couldn't fix so had to move everything to another room. Another issue was that the heat in the pool wasn't working which was disappointing since had the grandkids over. Informed the staff and the next day started getting warm. Finally, the icemaker in the fridge didn't work. Other than that the staff was great and responsive.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Having traveled with kids, the pool and free breakfeast was a plus! Will definitely book there next time!

It was such a pleasure staying here! Very clean,close to the navy base etc ( attended my sons navy graduation) also thank you so much to jamie at this hotel he was soooo nice on letting my family and i check in early coming from new york and i am so greatful for him doing that! Also i got the 1 bedroom suite it was perfect for my family of 4 or 5 the only complaint i have is the water pressure from the shower could've been better other then that great place to stay if ever in this area! Thanks again jamie!

Its good for business people but nothing for kids or families nearby. Gym is pretty small, breakfast is lmost same everyday. Staff is good.

We loved the suite room! Nice that everyone could have their own space but plenty of together time. The pool was nice, kids loved it. Also, the breakfast was great. I do not think I can say enough good things about this property. The desk staff were kind and helpful as well.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms for a family of 5. The room was spacious and had enough beds for us. We loved the full size fridge and kitchen! The staff was always welcoming and smiling. Pool was semi warm so that was nice. There was a very nice outdoor sitting area with gas grills and fire pit. I was only disappointed that our room had a very noisy AC and no hot tub. Free hot breakfast was awesome!
