Our family decided gather here and join my husband for a work conference. We planned to share a double bed room but while the River view room was large, the beds were small and uncomfortable. We ended up getting an additional room. Queen beds would have been a major improvement. Otherwise our stay was great. The staff was friendly; views were amazing from our room and the rooftop bar. Many food options within the hotel and nearby and walking distance to lots of points of interest. King suite was spacious and nice.

Can express enough our gratitude to Neil, the staff that welcomed us in at the concierge! He was very welcoming and helpful. We really loved our stay at the Hotel becuse it started with him. The room with the river view was breath taking especially during after St. Patty’s. It is closed to all major landmarks, no need for transportations- everything is walkable. The LH21 restobar was surprisingly very good! We did not go up there for drinks but the food were excellent! Worth the price tag- pretty affordable infact. Overall I would come back here and recommend friends and families to stay at LondonHouse. It’s simply great!

Stayed here for our babymoon. Room was nice and clean and bigger than how it looked in pictures. Concierge was helpful in getting us last minute restaurant reservations and left a little teddy bear for the baby which was a nice touch. Gave 4 stars because for the price it was lacking some amenities.

Due to near main road, very noisy, like police car, ambulance, sports car, moter cycle, etc. But my family didn't matter for sleep.

The King size bed in the suite along with the living space was very nice but the sofa bed pull out was just awful (and the refrigerator did not get below 63 degrees Fahrenheit). Our children were miserable, one did not sleep all night. The other said “it was like sleeping on a brick.” The mattress is foam and approximately 1.5 in thick. I also tried sleeping on it, after 30 minutes it was intolerable. We chose this option because we were trying to keep my husband’s snoring behind closed doors, so everyone could sleep more peacefully. For families, if you are in a similar situation, consider other options. The lack of sleep ruined our last day of vacation, we had to cancel all plans and head home.

Our family of 8 stayed for a full week. We didn’t have a vehicle. This venue is centrally located with easy access to museums, river cruises, bus tours & shopping. The concierges were very helpful when we needed buses and trains for transportation. Anything we needed was taken care of and the restaurants were great.

Amazingly experience, the room was nice and spacious, our baby was able to rest without any noises that would wake her up and the view from our room was breathtaking. We will stay here again for sure!

Everything was great except one incident, but that was so bad it influences my entire opinion. When I checked in I expressed that I wanted to put the incidentals on my credit card.it was not done, when my college age children came back to the hotel at i in the morning their room key did not work. They went to the front desk, showed their ID and were issued a new key. They rode the elevator up and that key did not work. When they returned to the desk they were told they needed to provide a credit card. My daughter was embarrassed as she did not have the money in her account and her card was declined. It felt to them like they were treated like criminals. The desk clerk kept saying someone was in the room and did not want to send them back up. Finally, they were brought upstairs with the head of security who confided in them of an ongoing system error that was making rooms look as if they were occupied when they were not. An overall frightening experience for 2 that are not experienced travelers. The desk person should be spoken to for the way it was handled. No person should have to be delayed access to their room and have to go up and down to resolve the issue for an hour at 1 in the morning. To make it worse, both my son and daughters cards were charged $100 for incidentals, when they called to see when they would be refunded they were told " a few days".
