Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Center

Reserved a 2 queen bed suite with a convertible sofa for family of three. When we arrived and the hotel clerk found out one of my adult children didn’t come she verified that I needed two queen beds. I told her that I wanted the exact room I booked. Instead she switched us to a one queen bed with sofa bed. I had to go back to the front desk to demand I get the room I booked. In the end they gave me the correct room, but it caused us to be late for dinner with my extended family.

We stay here a lot while traveling to see family. The price is good. It is usually very clean . The beds are comfortable. It’s close to everything.

Stay was great we were there for 2 nights... 2nd night they put a couple above us there kids ran around til 1 am stomping n screaming ... we had to get up at 6 am for work

ive always had a good stay here ,however this time i witnessed the police soon as i arrived ,then as i got to my assigned entrance door ,i witnessed a drug transaction in front of the entrance door,then my neighbors were in and out of there room arueing all night,ithen o out for breakfast at 7am and one of the neighbors that was argueing was sitting outside my room door waiting on the spouse to let her in,she explained how she had been abused during the night,so she continues to knock on the door,no management came.then when i went to get my breakfast the breakfast host was hounding over me about what i was eating ,i had left the children in the room with dad so i can bring them cereal back and the breakfast host was very rude to me ,the hotel had different visiters sitting on stairways ,it wasnt feeling very safe at all,it has changed tramendously in the past month in a half

Convenient to things and quiet. It was like an apartment, which was nice !! Great for families to unwind and relax!

When we checked in, we used the bathroom before heading down to get something to eat in the bar. We were only there for 5 minutes and the toilet wouldnt flush. When we got back to the room after eating, I called the front desk and the girl who answered just sounded confused. She said that maintenance was gone for the day and didn't offer any solutions. I asked if someone could at least bring a plunger down, which they did (no offer to help or anything, just handed us the plunger) My husband was able to get the toilet functioning again thankfully. We went to bed (my husband and our two small children) and still had the plunger in the bathroom in case we still had more issues. The front desk called our room at 11:30 pm to say that they needed the plunger for another issue they were having. You cant tell me that they have ONE plunger for a big hotel and conference center?!?!?! On the plus side, the bartender was really nice. The food was alright, VERY limited options though. If we happen to go through here again, we wont be stopping at this hotel.

Can't believe people were smoking marijuana near the front door! Hallways were dark, people had their doors open like ot was a dorm! Little kids running down the hallway. Balcony door did not lock. Room did not even look clean. I was scared to even sit anywhere!

Grandkids really enjoyed pool. Free breakfast was nice but would like waffle or pancake maker. Nice size room
