I love staying at Drury Inns!!! Whenever I travel I always try to locate a nearby Drury Inn. My family and I love both the evening and breakfast meals. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms and common areas are always clean and tastefully decorated.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful to both us and our children- the facility was under renovation and we asked if we could play games in the lobby/food area and they would not let us hang out past 10 pm- they kept saying we were being too loud and talked to us as if we were children.
The food was not high quality like the other Drury that we have stayed in, it should be called the dreary inn instead due to the terrible guest services we had!

I like the Drury chain, as they provide small "treats" like the happy hour, bag of goods, etc. Now, the only downside was the fact that the hotel is going through renovation, so there have been some inconvenient (including the change in the pool hours, which was a frustration to our kid, who ended up not being able to use it, as our stay was short). Other than that, all good, and I recommend this hotel, as this situation is temporary.

Was not notified prior to booking that there was construction going on in the hotel. My family got in late and the excessive noise woke us up way too early.

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Very clean, friendly staff, kids had a blast.
There were kids running around the floors very late, but there were several kids in the building that night including my own.

We visited over Easter and just love this hotel! The staff is warm, the free breakfast is large, and the cocktail/dinner hour features homey kid-friendly food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is close to U of I :)

Very convenient to interstate and various family restaurants. Well kept facilities. Nice breakfast. They also offer dinner but we had other plans.

The Drury Hotels are a chain we use whenever available for our family travels. As usual the rooms were clean, the staff that we had interactions with were professional and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. There were two things that did not match up to our previous stays with this chain. #1 The pool and specifically the hot tub are tiny. When we arrived the first night there was a group of about 10-15 adults and children that had taken over the entire pool area. The 6 person (being extremely generous) hot tub had 4 adults and 3 children in it, plus every towel in the place was wet and used so we decided to call it a night. The next morning after breakfast we decided to hit the hot tub as soon as it opened to avoid the crowd. We were able to enjoy the hot tub for maybe 15 minutes before the area was packed again. I don’t hold the hotel responsible for the crowded pool but I do hold them responsible for the fact that from an hour before the pool closed to an hour after it opened the next day the only towels in the pool area were in a wet pile on the floor. #2 The hotel allows pets which I can appreciate as a pet owner myself, unfortunately the room across the hall from ours had a big pit bull that barked incessantly every time someone walked down the hall or the entire time that the guests were out of the room. That mixed with quite a bit of road noise will keep us from staying there in the future
