The whole staff was amazing. Traveling across the country with the family and ended up spending a second night. We are currently staying at another Sleep Inn because of our great experience in Idaho Falls.

It was SO clean! Everything was neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel. It was a very quiet and peaceful nights sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this to friends and family, and I'd stay here again.

We stayed in a king room which sadly was overtop the pool. Shrieking children voices carry. That said, the bed was amazing. The sheets were delightful. Clean everywhere. There was a team staying at the hotel and they were noisy but that’s uncontrollable. They ate out the breakfast so by 8:40 am when I arrived there was no hot food and no baked goods left. Luckily there was still coffee. And did I mention the beds are amazing?

Overall a comfortable stay for my family and I for 1 night. Cleanliness could have been better. Bathroom counters and bed skirts were dirty. Beds were comfortable and complimentary breakfast was great!

Room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom, grime from around bathtub hand rails came off when i sprayed it with water. Floor had lots of stuff on it that my 2yo found with no problem. It was just gross when staying with 2 little children

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, breakfast was great. All the staff was really nice, beds and pillows were very comfortable! My kids enjoyed the pool, it’s a little small but was clean. Hot tub was great! The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head, it came out very strong and all over the place. Overall we really liked it and would come again!

My husband and I needed a last-minute stay at a half-way point for our road trip for an early Thanksgiving with family. It was right off the I-15 highway and easy to find. The rooms, entrance, and dining were very nice. The service was VERY nice! I loved the people! The location is secluded, and I think we were one of 5 other families or couples staying there. Which we liked a lot. There was a fence separating the field from the hotel property for safety or maybe to keep out vermin. We found this hotel on hotels.com for a deal for only $100-$115 for one night with a free breakfast buffet. All in all, my husband and I agreed that we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Sept.6 review We booked through hotels.com to stay here to attend our neice’s wedding. We didn’t book cancellation coverage since we booked our stay only a week from when we would be there, and we didn’t anticipate anything causing us to not be able to attend. However, I got very ill and tested positive for Covid 19, and rather than spreading the virus and exposing all wedding attendees to what I have and what my family has now been exposed to, we decided to not attend. Ordinarily, the call is left to the hotel to approve hotels.com to make an exception to cancel and refund our booking. The hotel manager at this establishment was cold, callous, and couldn’t care less about our circumstances, he was shockingly rude, and displayed absolutely 0 customer service skills. After explaining our situation to the General Manager Landon (which you could hear in my voice how sick I was since my vocal cords were raw and coarse from all of my coughing, and my winded speech since it was hard to breathe), he callously responded with “You booked a non refundable room, what did you expect?! It’s our policy, and I’m not going to cancel and refund your booking!” To be perfectly honest, my entire attitude and tone changed after that, I was miserable and exhausted, and now dealing with such an unkind, heartless, callously rude person. When I asked him if he’d rather me come stay at this hotel, or refund the booking, he smugly replied “We’ll give you a room since you paid for it, but I’m no
