This was our first stay at Residence Inn (2 adults 2 kids), and we will for sure be back. Great customer service! So clean, smells great.. Best pool we've experienced in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas! Highly recommend!

The room was great. The chlorine in the pool was a bit high as both my kids and my niece and nephew came out with irritated patches of skin after being in the pool and my daughters swimsuit faded from being in the pool so much. Other than the chlorine level it was great.

This is one our favorite hotels to stay at with our family. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast had a lot of options, and the hot tub/swimming pool is fun.
