Home2 Suites by Hilton Idaho Falls

The hotel was one of the nicest places we have used for a quick overnight- all new. Area around is being landscaped so can walk river- so in a year will be amazing. Nice pool, games room for kids. Breakfast area was great and well stocked. Some of the game consoles were broken- not the staffs fault, some kids were not supervised by their parent and broke them and looked like some kids had taken a controller. Staff were great and very helpful. Large rooms , well stocked with kitchen area.

We loved everything about this place. It was perfect for our family of five. All the amenities and room options. We will look for this hotel line again.

Staff are fantastic! A solid day of travel with the kids and they got us taken care of right away. They got the kids some milk and apples. Little stuff like that goes a long way to a smooth, fun trip.

Short one night stay to attwnd a family funeral event. Hotel was every bit as nice as a visit to another Hotel2 some time ago. Clean, accomodating, helpful, friendly. We were not disappointed.

Has alot for kids to do while there. But hated that the pool closed so early. We travel a long ways that day and the kids needed to burn off energy but the pool closed only a few minutes after gettig there. 😕

We love Home 2 Suites! It is always our first choice. The rooms are clean, my kids love the pool area, the staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious.

This place doesn’t live up to the Hampton Inn standards that I am used to. I go out of my way to stay at Hampton Inn because they always have a reasonable price for a clean simple room and a great breakfast. The breakfast here was horrible and served by rude people. When I asked if the potato’s would be refilled I got the stink eye and no response at all. The juice machine was just “not working,” the tea water and coffee was room temperature, the yogurt fridge was really sad looking and one hour into breakfast most things were just gone. You can’t say breakfast runs for 3 hours then can you? The carpets in the whole place were just yucky but really none of that would matter if my family, which came to Hampton Inn after 3 weeks of camping, could just get a decent breakfast.

Awesome place to stay. Room was clean, pool was nice for the kid and the staff were friendly.
