Staff was so friendly, room was big, clean, new, and comfortable. Pool was refreshing and clean. The whole place was very welcoming and nice. We stayed over the 4th of July and the hotel was packed with people, including lots of loud kids, but our room stayed quiet. It was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Clean and friendly! If you have a child under age 11 they eat free and the restaurant so that was nice! Highly suggest this hotel, this is not the first time we have stayed here and will be back!

This was my 1st time staying at this hotel but visit the area often to visit family. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel hit it out of the park in all categories I rate on; staff, value, cleanliness. I will be making this Holiday Inn my new go to hotel in Idaho Falls.
