We got the two bedroom some suite for our family of 4 and love it! Great central location. The ladies at check in went above and beyond to accommodate my request to check in a little early. We come to Boise often and will make this our hotel of choice.

Great stay. Was surprised that breakfast was $10/person even for kids. Would have probably picked another hotel for quick service breakfast if I had read the fine print.

Moving our family from WA to AZ, Boise was our first night. We needed a hotel that was dog-friendly. Hilton Garden/Spectrum was PERFECT! Easy side door entrance, great location for dining (restaurant in the parking lot). Was very quiet and beds were FANTASTIC! We slept great and were ready for our day 2 drive!

The desk manager, Celina, called in advance to let me know there was a slight change in room(s) that were available upon arrival, and then went above and beyond to accommodate my family and provided comps for any inconvenience. I really appreciated the heads up so there were no surprises upon check in. All the other employees we met during our stay were equally top notch. Great environment and the level of customer service was extremely impressive!
