Perfect family hotel

Great for families and pets! Find Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Our family went on a small business trip and spent a few days in the hotel. The kitchen and all the utilities available were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. My husbabd had the to go breakfast since he was leaving early for work and said it was mostly granola bars which was fine for us. The only issue we had was when we checked in the attendent as for our card which was expected so they had it on file. She told us she would charge a small fee in case of damages that would be refunded. Then the next day I looked at my account and she had recharged me the entire stay plus the small fee. When we addressed the issue of being charged twice for one stay with the manager he informed us he had already noticed and was trying to fix it. I am grateful the manager was checking and fixing mistakes as quickly as possible. I only feel we should have been notified of the mistake when it was noticed instead of feeling we needed to address it ourselves. I felt like they were hoping to hurry and fix it before it was noticed. This made us panic unneccessarily about a large charge on our account that could have been avoided through communication. It makes me wonder what else they slide under the rug and fix quickly hoping guests don't notice.

Overall this was a pleasant stay. A little sad the hot tub doesn’t exist any longer but the kids loved the pool and the breakfast! Some of the employees weren’t very friendly but that’s okay.

We stayed at Residence Inn Boise West for 11 nights. It included extended family from 3 states and 4 generations. Our stay was great. Clean property, breakfast good, evening mix was good, all employee/associate contact was helpful and friendly, generally great! Mall across the street, freeway access great and easy to get to business and entertainment areas, without be in the middle of either.

Room was nice one room suite was great for small family. Pillows were to soft and flat. Kitchenette was convenient with utensils and cooking supplies.
