About the hotel

This is an amazing first floor studio in building 4 (building closest to the beach), with a patio facing the pool/ resort area with ocean views. Step out your door, and short walk later your feet touch the sand.
A beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort located on 25 acres of lush Garden Isle, centrally located between Kauai’s south and north shores, making it perfect for your island adventures. Only minutes from the airport, Costco, Walmart and Shopping. You will go thru a tree canopy lined drive that leads to the Kauai Beach resort. Several acres of beach front property to enjoy and explore. On property there are four salt water swimming pools, complete with water falls, a poolside cabana bar and grill, two jacuzzies, fitness center and day spa. Paradise will be your back yard!

By renting via VRBO you avoid paying the $25 per day resort fee charged by Kauai Beach Resort. However, the Hawaiian Cultural classes, which include Hula and Lei Making are not included as part of your stay.

PARKING
Parking is $24.00 a day plus tax. Paid at check-in directly to Kauai Beach Resort.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Check in procedure:
Simply check in at the front desk with your name and booking info.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
• Please note that daily maid service is NOT included when renting direct through VRBO. The cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO covers cleaning / re-stocking the condo after your stay.

If you would like a mid stay cleaning (maid service) for your room it would be $55 each cleaning.

Located on the beach, this resort is in Hanamaulu, a neighborhood in Lihue. Hikinaakala Heiau and Holoholoku Heiau are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Coconut Marketplace and Kukui Grove Shopping Center. Lydgate Beach Park and Smith's Tropical Paradise are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
