The hotel is very good. Walkable distance from Waikiki beach although with kids could be a little far. Really good grocery store and breakfast restaurant nearby. Parking on site. Quiet and clean. Great room.

They say they have a gym on the property but it’s so small maybe 4 ppl can work out at a time. The pool is very average and was to deep 3 feet would be you sitting on the stairs on this is where all the kids were including other guest. The sheets were even dirty the first night we arrived I had took a picture for proof. There is nothing for kids to do for example most hotels or resorts would at least have a arcade. The front desk were not friendly at all and didn’t find ways to convince us and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. It was just a standard hotel and I wouldn’t stay there again.

i left 2 pieces of jewelry in the safe when we left. i called the same day when i realized we had left them. i was not where i could go back so i was told they would call back when he talked to cleaner. i got no call back, and have lost 2 very expensive pieces of jewelry that shouldn’t have been a big deal to get to me also front people put us in another hotel cause of problems in this hotel when they found out we were with family they fixed it so we could stay in same hotel

The hotel is clean and quiet. Only less then 10 minutes walk from the beach and this beach location is good for family with kids.

Standard rooms were small for us, a family of 4. Parking was very compact. Service as in housekeeping, was great, though, they were very nice and courteous.

i checked in without id as i had lost my drivers license earlier on the trip. your employee made me feel at ease as he used other ways to confirm my reservation. it was a rough one and i slept like a baby.

The property is located close to the beach and shopping. The rooms are dated and do not have sinks outside the restroom to facilitate families preparing for the day. The rooms need to be updated, especially for the price.

Had to pay for parking that was 2 blocks away. Difficult with and infant or a family with small kids. Also, rooms way too small

Close to the beach and Ala Moana Shopping Centre. As it’s not on the beach, it is reasonably priced. We had a suite which had everything we needed as a family.
