My family and I travel to Hawaii often and the experience we had at this hotel during our stay was horrible. Considering the price we pay per night, service and staff were disappointing.

Our family had a great stay at The Grand Islander The room was the perfect size with plenty of room. Access to the beach was a short walk through the complex, we liked that everything was an easy walking distance. If you didn't want to walk, the Village has everything you need. My only complaint or suggestion...why not queen size beds instead of doubles? A couple can not comfortably sleep on a double, and we are not large people.

Wonderful stay for 10 days in two condo rooms. Nice rooms with everything we needed and the village is great. Nice beach, pools and lagoon. It was a 10/10 vacation for us and our grandkids...
