Stay was good, location of the hotel is convenient. But rooms are bit smaller, especially for family.

Extremely small rooms. A family with two adults and two kids was very tight fit. We did not have enough room for all our bags and people. The staff was very friendly, and good entertainment amenities... But the small rooms will deter us from staying there again

Typical Holiday Inn - loved the beds, rooms, property location, staff and breakfast. Would recommend this particular hotel to friends and family.

We booked this hotel because it came with breakfast, a microwave, and a fridge. With our family, it was a decent walk to the beach. We had toddlers and no stroller, I would recommend bringing one. The pool was not kid friendly so that was a huge disappointment. Our room had several things that needed to be fixed. The mini fridge was on its last leg and the tub would not work so our toddlers couldn't take proper baths. Maybe it was just a fluke for the room we got, we asked to get a new one and were unable to. Overall it was fine but I don't think I'd stay again based on our experience.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in December and didn’t rent a car. We ride the bus from hotel to Kualoa Ranch and took Lyft to some further places. Their parking on the third floor and self operating washer dryer on site. We also made use of the free breakfast daily, they serve delicious breakfast and some days we to go our breakfast to our room. Room is not big but their rooms are all small. So read the size of the room before you book. We got a great deal on Expedia and traveled on a budget. The hotel is newly renovated and clean, they offer daily room service till the afternoon. Overall we are extremely satisfied with holiday inn and will consider coming back again next time!

Enjoyed a great family holiday at the Holiday Inn Express Waikiki. Great location - close enough to all the action but quiet restful rooms. Buffet breakfast good & filled the teenagers up for the day. Loved the spa & outdoor recreation facilities - pool’s not huge but large enough for a dip to cool off. Kids loved the foosball & mini golf. Only other suggestion that would improve this area would be to have a poolside bar.

WONDERFUL !!! Spent my 2nd honeymoon in there with my beloved wife this is the one of the wonderful hotel with ocean view that i've ever had, and the great staffs take the ocean view room, Located near with the world most famous beach in World, Waikiki beach Wish to return again in the future with my family Aloha

The two rooms were great a little small but we enjoyed the views and time everyone was nice but it just one housekeeper was rude and disrespectful and for her being a little older very rude person every other housekeeper I had was nice to us but I told her off because it’s very wrong and she’s mean never smile I seen her the next day on the elevator and her coworker spoke to everyone except her you don’t come to work very nasty rude smile at the customers and speak I will go back I enjoy it.this was in September when my family and I went.
