We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the breakfast options. My morning view was breathtaking. There is only one downside, the parking situation is horrible.. there is very limited parking. Our first night, our flight landed at 7 p.m. after getting our rental car we went directly to the hotel. Checked in took about 10 minutes, which is not bad. We purchased to park onsite. The parking ramp is connected to the hotel. There was no parking. We were told to park at their partnered places. Everyone was full. We drove around until 10:30 p.m. tried the parking ramp again and found an employee leaving and was able to take their spot.. every day after, if we did not make it back by 4:30 p.m. we risked the chance of not finding a parking spot for hours

We booked three rooms and each had a partial ocean view. There were nine of us family members so it was important to have breakfast and good service along with a pool and kid friendly things to do! The location of the hotel was great and the service was great too! Breakfast was good and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Most of our stay was great. Staff was all very friendly. Especially the housekeepers and breakfast staff. My only complaint is the small size of the room. I felt cramped with 3 average size people and 1 small child. For the price per night the room space was not worth it. Yes, we were on vacation and to be out and about BUT when you have down time you want to relax! It was hard to do while feeling like being stuffed in a box.

The hotel was older. Our room floors seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while and furniture was dusty. The elevators took forever to get to us so getting up and down took a while. At one point we called front desk from the pool to let them know there were no towels and they never showed up with towels so I had to go get towels from them for my family. Parking was tight and expensive. On the other hand the location was good, staff was friendly, free breakfast was great, and pool/outdoor games were good.

Loved the jacuzzi. Rooms are small ok for 2 would be stretch for larger family. We had a great view. Service personnel were great and friendly.

My family & I stayed in the suites. They were very spacious & clean. Plenty of room & A/C worked great. Had fridge & microwave. Breakfast was great!! Only negative was parking could be iffy in the evening & elevators took a long time.

I don’t understand their use of frosted glass on bathroom sliding doors. Any time someone uses the restroom in the middle of the night and turns the light on (which people tend to do in unfamiliar locations), the rest of the hotel room is illuminated. Looked good to an architect but it’s abysmal in reality. If traveling with my family I’ll start taking a roll of duct tape so I can tape a sheet over the glass.
