Hotel is never full but the last two times I’m put next to the elevator. You can hear everything in the hall. Including the elevator bell everytime it arrived. Price is good for the room and amenities. Clean premises inside and out. Rooms are great for a solo trip maybe a little cramped for a couple or family.

My family and I enjoy our stay here. It is close to many things. My view could of been better we were basically looking into other peoples rooms. It was still nice to sit out on the balcony at night. It was nice and cool. I liked how it had a water fountain in the lobby area to refill your water bottles for free. The rooms and bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could be bigger but it work so im okay. Overall great stay

The best thing I can say about this place is you can’t beat the location for the price. We didn’t use our car. Beware Mountain view equals super busy road beneath you all night long. Could use a fresh coat of paint, but all of the basics were there. Seemed to be hopping with families mostly. Very nice desk staff.

Great price, quiet, & relaxing. I had an awesome view of the sunrise from my room over the mountains. It felt tucked away however only a 5-10 minutes from everything. The amenities were impressive I felt like I really got my moneys worth. I'm a solo traveler but I think a family would love this - cute little clean pool for the kids only saw 1 person in there the whole stay. Easy check in/out friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

The property could use a good cleaning and bigger pool. The pool size is for children. Hotel has fee of 35.00 daily for ammentities and 40 a day for parking.

A great stay for our family of 5 (including my husband, toddler, and the grandparents)! The staff we encountered were lovely - from receptionist and manager, to housekeeping and the valet parking staff. Our room was nice, clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The free valet parking for us as VIP guests was also very much appreciated as parking can be difficult on Oahu. We enjoyed reading our books by the pool, and grabbing our teas/coffees in the morning as we headed out the door. Our room had blackout curtains which were great for our toddler in getting to sleep - the only thing is that the traffic/noise can be quite loud during the night. Otherwise great stay, we'll definitely be back!

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a little bit dated, and in need of some improvement. The room was noisy, with the sound from the busy road often disturbing our sleep until after midnight. We did get woken in the early hour of on morning by a faulty smoke alarm in our room - no apology and it remained disconnected for the rest of stay. The staff member attending to the problem seemed to suggest it was a common occurrence! Our booking offered a room upgrade and although we were told we had an upgrade, I think the room that we had was just about the smallest and didn't compare well to the rooms of 2 family members that stayed at the hotel, too ( even though they paid less than we did).

Hotel condition not the most attractive, but friendly staff and a very welcome environment. Popcorn and coffee in the lobby. Comfortable beds, and kids are very happy.
