Was close to where we needed to be for family event, clean and breakfast staff, and options were amazing. Even with a wedding party staying in block of rooms we felt acknowledged and taken care of. Only problem we had was couple argument in room next to ours at 1 am...

Love the property. The staff was amaxing Taylor is very nice and the lady in the kitchen area is so amazing. She is so kind and so sweet. She was actually the highlight of conversation for me and my family. We were attending a surprise birthday party down the street and that morning had breakfast downstairs.

Our family came from many different locations to this hotel to bury a family member. The complete staff was so helpful. Accomodating us all to one floor was very helpful. We enjoyed time together to plan in the lobby (it was very inviting). Thank you all!!

My family and I stayed here(July 28th-29th) for 1 night to attend a funeral. After a long 12 hr. travel, we finally checked into the hotel at 1 am(on 29th) extremely exhausted, and just wanted to sleep. I got a call from my brother in the other room quite upset (screaming for us to get off the bed) that he had found a bed bug on his bed sheet (because staying here was my choice). So now the whole family is awake, and out of the beds,still tired from the long ride and uncomfortable about sleeping in the beds (as you can imagine) because of this. Since we were checking out at noon, I decided to take a pic, put it in a napkin and I take it to the front desk to show them at check out. The front desk was very apologetic about it, but said they could not give me a refund due to booking with a third party (Expedia), and that I should call the GM to request a refund. I called the GM on Monday and left a message about the incident, but he never returned my call. I called Friday and he actually answered the phone. I told him about the incident again, he never once apologized!! ...only to tell me that if I had booked thru the hotel directly he could have given a refund in ten minutes, but now I had to contact Expedia to do so. I am very disappointed, I will never stay at this Hotel again!

Good experience at this location. Only questionable thing was that there were a few men at the back of the property hanging out by the pool drinking. I had my grandchildren with me, so that was my only concern. However, they didn't bother us at all.

The staff were friendly and professional, and provided that good old southern hospitality the south us known for. This will now be my hotel of choice when I come to visit family in the area. You have more options in Augusta, but I prefer to stay in this area as it’s more convenient.

The staff were so sweet and kind. All made us feel like we were in a family atmosphere!! Love this place! From getting out of the car, too checking in, to getting down the hall to my room, everyone was so thoughtful! The room, bed, bath were great! Breakfast was so yummy and the lady was so kind!! Wish I could remember their names, because they should be recognized for all their kindness!
