Affordable Suites Augusta

This used to be my favorite home away from home but not now. I didn’t have to worry about dogs or kids but now I do. Do my last visit. It’s was filled with dogs barking loud kids and loud noise. Last stay.

Very clean!!! Ronald the manger is friendly and welcome my family with open arms. If you come to Augusta this the place to stay at. Very safe and quiet as well. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed at this hotel overnight a few weeks ago to attend a family event with my niece. Let me first start with the Amazing Hospitality. I contacted the hotel the day of my overnight reservation to inform them that I was delayed and would not arrive by check in. The hotel Manager, Ronald, kept the front desk open until I arrived. He then followed up with me immediately after check in to ensure that I was satisfied with my room. The room was extremely clean, contained new furniture and flooring. I travel often and research hotel reviews prior to reserving. The reviews for this hotel were outstanding and I was curious to see if this was a faux. Well it’s not! This hotel is definitely underrated and under priced. Will definitely stay longer the next time in Augusta. Definitely recommend this hotel. Ronald customer service was personable and impressive.

First and foremost, Ronald (the manager) is just as nice as the reviews stated! So friendly and welcoming! The rooms were a bit dated but they were clean, and I can tell they are well maintained. The bed was firm, which I like, but I know not everyone does. I liked that you need a key to enter the complex and then also need your key to enter your room. That made me feel very safe. There is a very cute courtyard area in the middle with lots of places to sit and even grills to cook on. It felt like a very family friendly environment. The majority of people staying in this hotel seem to be construction workers in town for work or small families a bit down on their luck needing an affordable place to stay until they find a rental. There seemed to be a good many people staying there, but it was quiet and I didn't have any trouble sleeping. The location of the hotel is amazing, very convenient to the major highways and close to many places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again.

Several family members and myself stayed in Agusta for a few days. We all booked at Affordable Suites after having read their great reviews, and guess what, they did not disappoint!! We were all extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The layout of the place as well as the size of the suites were wonderful. First impressions are everything, and I must say that we were very impressed from the moment we all met Ronald, the manager there. He was so welcoming and treated us like family from check-in to check-out. Throughout the years my family has visited and stayed in Agusta countless times but this was our first time ever staying here, BUT we all agreed that this is the ONLY place we will stay during future visits! A hidden gem.

Ronald is fantastic and enthusiastic! He definitely puts the customers first and makes sure you are comfortable. Ronald is so welcoming that my daughter and I felt like family. I highly recommend this property no matter how short or long your stay will be.

The Manager Ronald was absolutely amazing! I rushed to Augusta GA from Charlotte NC due to a family emergency. In which my travel is usually preplanned in advance. Under the circumstances I accidentally booked my hotel reservation for May 12 instead of May 5. Ronald was patient, kind, empathetic and very eager to correct my and issue by ensuring that the check-in was as smoothly as possible.
