Holiday Inn Augusta West I-20, an IHG Hotel

Stay was really nice. Not far from the army base. The breakfast was excellent. It was not like eating hotel food. It was like eating at home. I was not expecting drink service. I didn’t eat dinner there but if I had known they served dinner I would have probably eaten there. I need to print Im thankful for that. The kids loved the pool.

Myself and two children spent the night here and they were very much satisfied, especially with the indoor pool and the convenience of the hours of use. Breakfast could have been a little better because the bacon and sausage were a little over cooked but other than that it was great. Comfy beds and clean rooms!

I was immediately greeted with amazing customer service . Both of the ladies working were wonderful. The property and the room were very clean . The room was spacious. The hotel is only ten minutes from many great food choices and shopping opportunities. It is also close to the highway for easy access. The hotel has a restaurant with bar. The hotel does feature an indoor pool great for kids .

Pool for my child to swim was why we came but it was a little dirty they had baseball tournaments the days before bar tender was no where to be seen so we got food somewhere else

The front desk representative who assisted on my check out was a very loving soul! Excellent customer service and the warm Hot breakfast with the attendant who came to the table and assisted another beautiful soul. But the kicker was the Cook, baby when I tell you the bacon was crisp and eggs were velvet and those potatoes were so on point add a little seasoning salt and I might be back next time I am passing through again coming from a NC breed TX for now girl!! Keep up the great work.

Check in was great and since we were traveling with two small children, we asked immediately about pool time. We got a time for 6. At 6:30 a man came into the pool area and poured chlorine in the pool and told us we had to sit out for 15 minutes. How to tell a 3 and 6 year old this? The indoor pool was the only reason we stayed there. Tried to get a time for the next morning when we got out when our time was over and were told we couldn't reserve on Saturday for Sunday. The hallway on the third floor reeked of vomit possibly due to a trashcan in the hallway put out by a guest. Our room was not clean, as evidenced by food left in the refrigerator. Won't be back, won't recommend.

It was basic. I picked it because I was in between homes with my family and needed the breakfast to make things a bit easier and for Dietary issues. We were given an all carb bag breakfast. I understand about COVID, but other hotels maintained their food service. Had I of known I would not have stayed there.
