Hotel was quite comfortable and accommodating to our family. Good location. will be staying again in the future

Our stay was marred by a child running back and forth on the floor above us. From early eve to 10 at night. We complained to the hotel staff who had to call that room twice.

Was great. The staff accommodated my special needs as a minister by setting me up in a room to conduct my children's church via zoom. Lovely experience.

The hotel advertises that they have a pool, but it is not operable. This is false advertising. Other than that- everything else was great! But not having a pool and saying that you do - it a BIG problem that you must fix-because families are booking the hotel to enjoy the use of the pool on your property- not to be sent to the Holiday Inn to use theirs.

The front desk evening shift staff was very unfriendly. When we first checked in there was a couple at the front desk complaining there were people already occupying their assigned room. This should have been our first clue to how the rest of our stay would be. When we were given the keys to our rooms, one of our party member’s room reeked of cigarette smoke upon entering. She is pregnant and was uncomfortable with staying in this room, and when she returned to the front desk and asked to be switched to another room, she was at first told there were no other rooms available. After some persistence, the staff finally searched for a room on another floor and was able to provide this to her. The room walls were paper thin and we could hear every move our neighbors made all night. Our group rented two rooms and one of our group member’s key was deactivated on the second night of our stay. He was locked out of his room and had to go back and forth to the front desk on five separate occasions before the issue was resolved. We travel to Thomasville regularly to visit family and will not be returning to this hotel for future visits.
