Staybridge Suites Tallahassee, an IHG Hotel

Walls splash with food in that bathroom, sheets in the sofa bed were never changed i know because I found a kids bracelet in the used sheets. I saw pills behind head board of the bed. A bug flew in my bed (took a picture and sent it to the staff)they didn’t offer any cleaning at the time of the complaint.

Loved the location and surrounding area. It was very close to our family in Tallahassee.

Room was spacious and great for our family stay. Nice breakfast options in the morning.

This is a wonderful property with beautiful grounds to enjoy. This will be our go to stop when heading to family in Fl.

This property sits on a private lake that has an over water gazebo. Very relaxing "backyard" whether you sit on the back porch, bbq at the 2 outdoor areas, or sit over the water. The room offerings allow for all types of ttavellers comfort. The beds are very comfy. They offer both firm and soft pillows. The kitchen areas allow for a full size meal prep and service as well as just quick snacks. The fridge also has an ice maker so no trips down the hall for refills. The FREE laundry is awesome! The only thing that I was displeased with was the breakfast. There needs to be more than 1 waffle maker. There was no milk available for the cereal offering. Having trays available to make it easy for parents to make multiple meals at once for multiple children.

I was looking for a room for a family of 6. The 1 bedroom was very spacious. and met our needs. It is a good place for family visiting Tallahassee, Fl.

We stayed one night in a two bedroom suite. We had 5 adults and 1 child and we were very comfortable. The beds are nice, the towels soft and the water hot. The kitchen was a bonus and breakfast was good.

When we checked in at 7 pm our room was a connected room. The dog in the connected room would not stop barking. I called front desk. They had do other rooms to accommodate our family size. Told me to speak to the manager in the morning and he would compensate us for the overly barking dog. Tried talking to the manager in the morning and he was not working. Was given his business card and told to call back on Monday. Maybe I would be able to reach him then. I find this very unacceptable.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite option, which gave my 2 young kids, husband and I plenty of space. Also, the outdoor area by the lake was a very nice surprise. We ordered food and ate on one of the verandas, which was covered. There's also a mini basketball court, which my kids and husband loved and a pool, which was closed, though it was not warm enough to swim so that was okay. A beautiful, relaxing area to stay if you're passing through or visiting relatives.

The hotel was overbooked and even though they had alternate rooms available (two twin beds instead of a king in a smaller room), they wouldn’t let us stay in one unless we paid double the price. My entire family was in the car waiting. No apology, no offer to find us a room at a sister hotel. I understand this happens but the way we were treated was so disappointing.
