Hyatt Place Savannah Airport

We stopped in on our way home on Christmas Eve from our family vacation. The staff was so friendly. Everyone from when we checked in at the front desk to the breakfast attendant on Christmas morning. She was cheerful and insisted on taking our family picture in front of the tree. She went above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced at any other hotel chain. We had a very nice stay. Thank you!

I didn’t like the remodeling of the floor outside of the room & hallway. Not a safe environment for newborn & kids

My family and i was on vacation we first started out at Red ruf Inn that we book and shouldnt have it was terrible! So we left and drove around intel we saw the Hyatt place i went to go check in and the young lady that i spoke to was very nice and i told her about my experience at the first hotel she esure me that it was going to be great there and it was!!!!! Our room was clean and the set up was nice i felt so much better once i seen my room was clean overall my family and i had a great time and will be coming back to stay with you guy's and thanks to the young lady didnt catch her name she wore glasses and had short curly hair she was on the night shift she was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our room!

Very roomy, great for my family of four, and my dog. Very clean and comfortable. Had a great night's rest.

Our stay was amazing!! From check in to the room itself to the breakfast and check out it was incredible!! We have been staying the hotels for the past 8 days straight along the eastern coast and my kids and I all agree that the Hyatt was the BEST experience overall!!!

Loved our stay! Elegant, sleek, modern, and very spacious suites! Felt like my own studio. Very comfortable beds....I slept like a baby. Location 15 min. away from Historic District and literally 2 min. away from Savannah International Airport. Only one thing that really bugged me, and that is why I didn't give it 5 stars, was the 24/7 Cafe. After a day of fun, my family knocked out and woke up too late to eat out, so we thought how convenient that the hotel has a 24/7 cafe. We ordered off the menu and 90 of the things on said menu, the hotel attendant said We are all out of that. It was beyond ridiculous. Mind you there were probably 10 things on the menu altogether and we ordered at 11pm, so I'm assuming most people would take advantage of the 24/7 at night....So why were they out of stock for most things??? They didn't have cheese for the nachos, they ran out of all flat-bread pizzas, they ran out of all soups (except for one supposedly and when we put our order they left our soup out!..When I called about the missing order a new attendant answered and said they are out of all soups despite me saying that the previous attendant said they only had one soup available...he didn't seem to care. Additionally, when I called back to add something to my order since she forgot to ask me which of the side choices I wanted...I called back 10 times and the phone just rang out. I tried calling the hotel directly and same thing....When they called my room to say that my order was ready, I mentioned this and the attendant said she was the only one doing everything herself. How do you have a 24/7 Cafe, but one person answering phones and cooking the foods??? That seemed to be a Georgia thing everywhere we went (1 person being the waiter/waitress and cooking food, and ringing up...) Aside from the cafe, everything else was good.

clean hotel, courteous staff,made the family feel welcome. breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and variety. bar/cafe with some food items. waffle House within walking distance. location is super convenient outlets, food, movie theaters, airport and down town.

This is our second overnight stay, both a quick stop on our way to Florida. Both times the staff (ALL) have been amazing. Friendly, asking if we needed anything at breakfast, so nice to our family. I will stay here every time we drive. I always enjoy my stay at Hyatt Place, but this one is a favorite. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a good variety of choices.
