Amazing wonderful staff that worked the evening of sat 08/17 were super welcoming to me and my family super clean and comfy room we will be back thank you for such great service !

Travels to see family in North Carolina

Not so good and I’m going to ask for a refund. NOISE up above us and NOW jumping and running and a LOT of loud thumping. We had a 15 hour drive and needed sleep. No soundproof room. And our room was ground level with TRAFFIC driving by and people walking past our window. We were unpacked and showered and we’re not about to ask for another room at a late hour. Terrible sleep for our family.

Room smelt like body odor, mildew, and the bathroom had an overbearing smell of an old dirty mop. We went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room as it was too late to uproot the kids to another room. Room service knocked on our door at 11:30 and woke us all up to bring towels/bedding, it was the wrong room. Between 12:30 and 2:30 am there was a group of very loud women outside yelling and crying and arguing. This was the worst stay I think we have had at any hotel. The staff were very polite.

Proximity to Tanger was great for my family to be able to just hop up and enjoy themselves without having to drive, only 20 minutes rom downtown Savannah.

The bedding was so gross, so much so that we didn’t know if the sheets on the bed were even replaced from the previous occupant. There were stains on the sheets, the sheets were wrinkled and the duvet inserts had no covers on them and were stained as well. We all slept in our clothes because all of Savannah was sold out and it was 8pm and we had kids and just needed to sleep until we could leave as soon as we could first thing the next morning. The hotel looks new but the bedding was just disgusting - it’s our last memory of a great road trip and one we will always remember :/

I am disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and staff quality. we booked three rooms for our family because we were attending a wedding. the sheet on the beds were smelly as if they were not washed, they had make up marks, and hair inside .... we requested the sheets to be replaced and front desk was rude and did not have anyone to bring sheets up so we had to take off all the sheets and pillow covers and bring them down. The rooms were not cleaned after the first night either and when we requested them to be cleaned, they said it was too late because the crew ends at 3:30 pm. Although we saw a cleaning crew on our level around 3:45 pm... some rooms were missing a toilet paper hanger, garbage basket in one toilet was missing...had to request that. Also, the overall cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. one room did not have enough toiletries . I too pictures of the sheets and pillow cases before giving it to the front desk.
