Aloft Savannah Airport

The room look and smell dirty. Customer service display no reasonable accommodation. I only spent 5 hrs at the hotel, so my family and I left and return home. Hotel doors are not aways secured. Requesting full or partial refund.

Great hotel for one night on our way to Florida. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that for a family of four traveling together it would have been nice to have a private shower (the shower did not have any privacy in the room).

It felt fresh and clean. Fun design. The open concept bathroom was a bit of a surprise for a traveling family... even if it were a couole.of friends, the dbl queen room with no privacy for shower is ofd design choice.

Nice new hotel located near lots of restaurants and shopping. We’ve stayed twice while visiting family. Staff is friendly and they offer some cool amenities. Noticed on second visit the walls are paper thin. No bathroom fan which normally serves as white noise for us so had to use my phone for that.

The layout of the room is very strange. The rest of the family needed to sit on the bed and could not walk around when someone was taking a shower. There was no door to the bathroom and you would walk out naked after the shower. There was no privacy at all. The sliding door to the toilet constantly broke

The hotel is very model and the rooms have an open floor plan. Their is no door between the bedroom and the shower, so the room is better for couples and single occupants. Cleanliness was an issue, the room had a noticeable animal odor and food particles were left from the previous occupant. The cleaning staff needs to pay closer attention to detail. The TV’s on our floor did not work the first night of our stay, which was frustrating because we want to stay in the room and relax the first night. The staff was also very chill, which could be seen as a positive or negative. Some employees might take advantage of the relaxed atmosphere and slack. One of the employees brought their child to work and had them coloring in lobby. The floors and walls are paper thin. Also, because there is no door to the bedroom anytime some takes a shower, it’s so loud you can’t hear the tv. Gym was robust for a hotel gym. Everything else about the hotel was standard. If you like a modern barebones loft, then this is your place. If you want family friendly or high end luxury this NOT your hotel.

We did t realize it was more open concept. No walls around the shower/sink area. Not ideal if you have little kids

Great place for couple. Being open concept, privacy can be issue for family. But great hotel otherwise

We came in at midnight with 3 kids under 3 years old. We called ahead for a crib and the staff was so helpful, they had one in the room waiting for us. The room was very clean and overall had a great experience.
