Home2 Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport

Very clean and cozy for myself, husband and our two fur babies. Stopped for one night on our way to Florida. Able to book a king and request 1st floor so access to take fur babies outside to the bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

Very staff was very kind at check-in. The room was comfortable & plenty big enough for our family of six. Pool was great!

Ok- this was ridiculously disappointing as a HH member. We arrived early Friday evening just before the dinner hour to a empty front desk and another family who had been standing there for a while waiting to purchase stuff from the market. It took the other mom and I several minutes to find someone and that was only after we both called “hello” and knocked on several doors. When the female desk person finally came out, it turned out one of the male employees had been there sitting on his phone in the lobby! What?! Then to make matters worse, I confirmed with the staff member that the room had a couch bed as we would need it in the king suite. Then we came back from dinner with 2 tired kids and NO linens on the bed- no mattress pad, no sheets, nothing. When I call- the same female staff says- “well, you will just have to come get them youselves?!” I was tired and annoyed, but the icing on the cake- the same male lazy staff member from earlier was dropping off a guest to the room across from us and then was on his phone AGAIN this time listening and laughing at an inappropriate (at best) video with cussing and the N-word as he boarded the elevator with me and another guest! It was horrible. The only saving grace was this mornings staff was wonderful and kind and organized. The breakfast wasn’t stellar compared to other Hilton’s but I suppose grab and go options are all that should be expected by the airport hotel.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. However, the “King” size bed was equivalent to our Queen size bed at home. There was no maid service. We left the room in the morning to visit with family only to come back in the evening to dirty towels and bedding. We learned housekeeping was every other day?!! Definitely not what one would expect from a hotel with the Hilton name.

Love The Home 2 Suites concept. Great for families.

The room was very well laid out with plenty of shelf, drawer, and closet space to put belongings and keep our family organized while traveling. The beds were very comfortable. The night light in the bathroom was nice too. The temperature control was easy to use to keep a comfortable temperature for sleeping at night. The large refrigerator/freezer was nice too. All of these features were much better than in any hotel we’ve stayed in previously.

Great property and a fantastic staff who takes care of our family. Every time we're in the Savannah area for Roebling Road Raceway, we stay here. Highly recommend.

I would not reccommend this property. While the overall is clean, there is much to be desired. We checked in only to find out they overbooked so we didn’t not get the room we requested and the sofa bed was awful. Only 2 towels in the room and dusty. The fan would not stay running on the ac so ever noise in the hall was heard all hours of the night. There was a child in room above us that ran and stomped constantly even at 1am and we called desk multiple times through our stay but was told nothing could be done. We will NEVER stay at the property again nor reccommend it.
