TRU by Hilton Ringgold

It was a good stay for a family of four. We were there for a softball tournament so we were not in the room much. Breakfast had very limited options.

To much noise. Room doors slamming. Kids running down the halls. The walls are to thin. Could hear the kids outside and in the pool in our room

It was a great stay all around. Super clean and the kids had a blast in the pool. Staff was super friendly!

Upon check in after a long day of driving the key card system was down. They couldn’t give us any keys and we had to be escorted to our rooms to be let in. Some hair along the bathroom shower base. Barely anything for food options other than some Doritos and snacks. My husband thought he was doing good buying the individual Mac n cheese and brought it up to the room for us. No microwave in the room. Prob one in lobby but too tired.All of a sudden I hear my kids screaming and there’s a cockroach in the bathroom. Called front desk and was put on hold for quite awhile. Hung up after 6-7 minutes or so and went down to front desk. They said it was probably from a guest and they’ve never had this problem before. We wanted to leave but it was already 12:30am and we have to be up at 6am. They said we could switch rooms or leave but since we booked thru hotels.com that they couldn’t refund our money and we’d have to go through them. So we ended up switching rooms at 1am. We were offered to switch to the only room left with a double queen but it didn’t have hot water. They asked if we wanted that. None of us can even take a shower in the morning now. I am so disappointed in this stay. My daughter came up with the idea to give us 2 king bed rooms so we could have hot water and all shower in the morning but they said they couldn’t do that because of the money not equaling out the same and they would get in trouble if they did. Do better HILTON. Ruined our night, sleep and next morning.

We thought the staff were so helpful and polite. Great location right off of 75. Rooms were very spacious. The air conditioning was a little loud, which I loved. It made for great “white noise” but it kept my husband awake. My only complaint was that we didn’t have any towels in our bathroom except for one dirty one. And there was a child’s sock on the floor beside the bed.

If i had to gyess this hotel must have been relatively new when we stayed because it was immaculate. Everything was in incredible condition and the pool was one of the nicer indoor hotel pools ive been to. The whole theme of targeting a millenial clientele was a bit lost on me but my kids loved the appeal of the place. I hope the staff manages to keep this in great shape for many years and if im ever in the area again i already know ill be staying here

Great location. Felt very safe being right off the interstate. The breakfast was perfect. We will make it our regular stay for our family visits.

Tru-Hilton was spotless, so so clean. The bed was awesome, I slept like a baby. The Big TV was shape 👍, The shower head had good water pressure, and lots of hot water. The towels were clean but worn. And the indoor pool was very clean too. Food was delicious and hot. Coffee 👍 I will definitely come back to this hotel. Oh, have to mention the receptionist Kenya she was very pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had. Great Stay❤️

It was late when my family checked in and the front desk clerk was super friendly and quick. Hotel was super clean and up to date.

Room was clean! Stayed here over Labor Day weekend to visit family. Staying here made me add Tru hotels to my list of preferred going forward. Normally we stick with Hyatts because we found a Hyatt we love in Charleston and I love not having to worry about where we stay. This hotel was also a decent price.
