Hyatt Place Atlanta / Norcross / Peachtree

I had to ask for new blankets due to a yellow large stain on the blanket. The toilet was leaking on the floor. The couch had mismatched cushions and had a blood stain on it. The toilet paper from the last person was still there.. I drove 8 hrs w/ two toddlers and was disappointed I didn't trust any of it so I didn't shower and slept for 6 hours and left.

Disgusting place! With not nice night staff. The staff upon arrival was far from nice of welcoming. With eye rolls and snide comments. I had been driving all day with 4 kids and my dog. Last thing I wanted at 10pm was to be greeting by rude people. Also you have to pay for parking and the pet fee was $75 dollars. You’d think we have nicer rooms with these higher fees. So to move on to the room. Literally white crusty stains on the carpet by the ac unit. Which also made a terrible noise every time it kicked on along with an unpleasant smell. Pull out bed was in terrible conditions with brown stains all over it with springs sticking out. Went to move the couch just a little so we could access a plugin back there to find more dust and dirt along with chewed up gum. The beds had gross looking sheets on them with stains on them everywhere some even blood stains that clearly didn’t come out in the wash. The mini fridge did not work. Then to top off the noisy upstairs guest. Which went on till 3am. Typically I can ignore it but it went on for hours of people talking and thumping around. I would never stay here again and I’m surprised by all the good reviews for this place. Most definitely not worth over 200 dollars for 1 night after you add in parking and pet fee. For 2 double beds and a dirty pull out couch.

We rented a room for my family and I with our dog and the room was not clean properly from previous guest. Carpet in very bad shape the couch was full of pet hair. Also hotel charges for parking which it was ridicules!

The onsite representatives (Atlee, Sonia, J. Leonard and Rayya) were very kind, professional and helped accommodate my family's wishes. Great job to your team.

Breakfast was really nice..the usual hot or cold breakfast and the kids loved it…the rooms were spacious you didn’t feel cramped and there were 4 adults and 2 kids 9/10..

Good for big families, friendly staff, and most of the amities are available

This place was absolutely wonderful. The room was so very comfortable, I spend a lot of time on the road and I slept like a baby on the bed. Very comfortable. The restaurant was actually quite nice, not a big menu but what they did offer they specialize in and it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was very fulfilling and also very tasty.

I had called ahead of time to make sure the Hyatt gift card I had could be used at this property…when I arrived they said that I couldn’t. Other hotels in the area were way cheaper so I was frustrated I had to pay because of an incorrect answer. Going into our room, there was black long hair in our towels and in the sheets. My family has blonde hair. The stay was alright, but won’t be going back to Hyatt unless It fits my price range for a single nights stay

It was my first time at this Hyatt location but I have to say I was rather disappointed. For a second there I thought I was staying at Motel 8 or Red Roof Inn. The room carpet was damp that I felt yucky walking around barefooted let alone anything else like having a toddler play on it. Gross. The sheet was also old and damp that when you hold it up to the light you can see through it and all the stains that ever existed. Long story short, never again.

I booked this hotel for a family of 15 and everything went well! We were kind of disappointed that we weren’t able to check in at 3, which made us behind on our itinerary, but the staff was very apologetic and helpful. Pros:Nice, helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. No bugs or rodents. Nice pool area. Cons: All little outdated. Very slow elevator service. We ended up having to take the stairs maybe twice. Possible late check-in. Possible Small bathroom. Another family room had a huge bathroom. So I guess it depends on which room you get.
