Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners Norcross

The pool was out of order when my baby tried to swim before check out and they had wholes in my comforter told them about it never got new blankets the breakfast was so nasty I just won’t be returning

The customer service rep who checked us in was a delight but a little after 4 we asked another customer rep about how cold the pool water was. He stated that he reached out to maintenance but when we followed up he was very irritated and short with us. I understand that he reached out but it seems that he did the bare minimum. I would assume there is a way to reach maintenance and make sure they do their job. It just seemed like it was more of an ‘hey I reached out so leave me alone’. Our kids had to swim in freezing cold water because maintenance never came. Also, I would assume every hotel has smart TVs to watch Netflix etc. Our kids had to use our phone to watch their shows because the 47 channels that were available were not kid friendly. They need a bigger breakfast area. The. Customer service rep that was there at checkout was a delight also.

Hotel staff are extremely nice and if you need anything they are on it really quick. The hotel is like living in an apartment where you can hear your neighbors clearly. Hard to sleep when people are fighting or baby is crying. Ear plugs solved the problem so I didn’t have to change hotels. Rooms are too dark. Needs better lighting.

There were groups of people smoking in front of the building. People were gambling and small children working around veey disrupting.

The pool was closed the entire time we stayed. When you stay at a hotel to expect to be able to use the amenities you paid for. I took 3 kids with me to celebrate a birthday birthday and we had to spend the day out of the hotel since the pool never opened. Wall paper was hanging off the walls, our room furniture was out dated, hotel hall has a terrible smell, hotel was under construction and it was a mess and didn’t seem organized. We stayed a year prior and it was a nice experience, I won’t be back again. Very disappointed.

Hotel was definitely outdated. While part of the hotel was under renovation, our room was less to be desired. Mold was in the bathroom, hooks to hang towels were broken. We are a family of 4 and we had two towels and 2 washcloths upon our arrival. Pool was ok but no towels. Breakfast was very limited. No microwave in the room. Location was good and staff was friendly but for the price that i paid, i would have expected a lot better especially from a Hilton hotel.

Very nice stay for two nights to visit my son and his family n Norcross.

I didn't like the fact that the property was never stocked with towels. We constantly had to request towels for our room. At one point, we were told that the towels were in the dryer. And the same issue was for our family staying in the hotel as well.

Very nice and clean room. The bed was amazing. Slept like a baby. Would stay again!

Well, the pool area was taken over by an adult 56 year olds birthday. With food and a large gathering. For over 6 hours with a pool filled with wild teens punching and screaming at the top of there lungs, no matter if there were babies in there or not. Others either left the pool or just stayed away to avoid the chaos. The hallways and elevator reeked of weed. Outside of the murky pool water I guess the stay was fine if your into that.
