Lots of questionable traffic coming through here with kids running through the halls all times of the day and night. Unpleasant looking people on the parking lot all day roaming. Smell of marijuana indoor and outside as you walk in. The week that I was there the air conditioning failed which resulted in me not staying one night and switching rooms the next night. Lots of maintenance issues and management never responded to my concerns. I was put off for 4 days being told. I sent him a text, I sent him an email, he leaves at 5, he's not in yet. Typical behavior of certain business owners in not so upscale areas servicing a particular demographic of people.

Enjoyed my stay except for the crying toddlers stomping above my head most of the night and into the early morning. One child was screaming at top of their lungs. Hopefully next trip I'll ask for a higher level floor without all the commotion. Also you can easily hear what the next door occupants are doing lol

The elevator did not work had to carry baby stroller upstairs plus numerous other things.the room was very filthy ky jelly packs were every were used the furniture had blood stains and cigarettes holes it's was supposed to be a smoke free place completely and that's was not true walls were dirty sockets not properly installed hanging out the walls phone didn't work when I made my complaint they was very rude and nasty about it not caring and did not make it right would not contact manager or fix the matter would not change room or refund our money I would never stay here or recommend anyone else too the pictures are not the same as on the website

First of all there were no elevator so i had to carry my baggage, stroller and baby up the stairs. I asked for an accommodation and they said they couldn't help me. I had to ask for them to clean my room after a few days. The front desk workers are not so friendly either (no greetings at all). If i needed anything during my stay I was told to come down myself and get it myself. Lazy customer service. Nice area and pool thats about it.

Terrible stay! No hot water in the hotel and no one told paying customers. No sheets or blankets provided for child sleeping on pullout bed. Attempted to speak with the manager and everytime the front desk employee put me off until a later time! I’ve left my phone number multiple times and no call received. They took my money and didn’t provide accommodations!

I came here and booked a room here off Expedia. Expedia did not say we needed a $100 deposit for damages or else I would have never booked the room. When I got here and found out, Daniel basically just told me he couldn’t do anything about it. That was my last bit of money that I worked all day for to make sure my son and I had a place to stay. If it had not been for my mom giving me the money he would have turned me away. That was all the money I had to be able to sleep somewhere. He did offer a refund but as I was explaining to him the refund wouldn’t work because I needed my money back tonight so my kid and I could have somewhere to sleep. How come the money is taking right out of our account but when it comes time to give it back it takes 3-5 business days. That’s not right.

Dirty, loud doors that slam all night and day. Lots of parties and zero security. Not for families and turning into a chair party spot for addicts.

Traveling with my family stop here for one night and had a wonderful experience. Place looks new and upgraded.

Nice place, just a few minor issues, not deal breakers, but could be better— 1. shower didn’t have hot water on first try, but did later so understandable if lots were taking their showers BUT it did freeze the wife! ;) 2. same shower didn’t drain well, kinda gross. 3. We bought 2 rooms for our family of 6, but each room only had 2 towels each. Staff lady was very nice, tried to find some extra and walked me all the way across the facility—but there weren’t any. So great staff, but irritating not having enough towels.

The check in experience was quick and easy the front desk host however spoke very soft almost at a mumble so I could barely hear what he was saying the hotel kitchen was not opened although advertised the room was just like the picture needed to be safety check because we had no security latch despite the small hiccups our overall stay was wonderful I will most definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family
