Just a quick stop on trip to visit family. No frills, but very comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely stop there again.

I would never stay at this location again .the noise from above us at 1.30 AM was unbelievable ,kids running around and adults stomping their feet for about an hour .sounded like they were almost in our room and next door dogs barking ,no way could we sleep and we had been driving from Detroit that day .called front desk and he went and told them but didn't help. I requested a partial refund but he said sorry.We would have left at 3.30 AM but don't like driving that early in the morning.I misread that they were only double beds not Queens.VERY DISAPPOINTED>

Horrible customer service prepaid for a family member to stay and wanted $100 deposit upon arrival of check in and would not allow to check in even though called family member who paid with credit card in ful.Desk clerk refused to accept credit card for the deposit and did not allow to check in or refused a refund complained this room was paid for through Expedia so could not confirm it but then confirmed it was paid in full .Asked for manager not available until next day called Expedia and they refunded the money paid for a room not used and inconvenienced person who could not stay there had to find an alternative place to stay.This was a horrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Desk associate was horrible. Cocky, condescending and failed to apply common sense to meet the needs of the guest. He made numerous disparaging remarks about how we used “a third party” (Expedia) to book the room. Wouldn’t allow my wife to check-in because her name wasn’t listed as the reserving party (52-year-old-woman with same last name, valid ID, the reservation number, traveling with a child at 1:30 AM. Made us call Expedia and amend the reservation at almost 2:00 AM, all the while watching South Park with foul language in front of our daughter. Unbelievable. We will NEVER stay here again.

Guest in room next door had children. They were very noisy. Woke me up at 1:20 in the morning running and playing. Banned wall several times.

After reporting the roach crawling in our bathroom, and requesting the sheets to be changed, Atul Patel, manager, asked me and my 3 grandchildren to leave because he didn't want the maid to change the sheets. They only change them every 4 days. The lady at the front desk was awesome, she really deserves a better boss.

Front desk clerk nice and friendly. Room small for a family of four, bed lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.
