When I arrived before 12am the lobby was dark as if everyone was asleep in bed, when I checked in my room the noise was outrageous. I thought someone was about to fall through the ceiling. I called front desk and reported this matter minutes later it calmed down, and then begin again. I also noticed in the shower there was feces in the shower corner I reported this matter to management, and I was moved and guaranteed a better stay. The manager was very apologetic and even refunded the first night. She was kind to my children and gave them items from the snack store and assured me that we would be moved to a better room. The new room was very clean but the fridge did not work and soiled my food I was traveling for a funeral and did not notice this problem! I called and reported this matter to front desk, and the lady was very rude and stated that they already had given me everything free as if it was my fault that there was feces in the floor on the first night of my stay, which was terrible and I should have been compensated! To add the fridge going out and I showed them the food I had for me and my family. I was told that I would be contacted about this matter and I have not been contacted as of yet. The sad thing is not all of the staff is rude. I even had the house keeper and 1st front desk witness the fridge outage and all the food I had to toss! All staff was not rude it’s horrible that I was treated this way after I moved the first night! I will not be returning!!

Except for couple minor issues in the room the property is nice and stay was pleasant. Lobby area has good amenities for kids to play and keep busy. Breakfast was great.

comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Pool table and other games in the Lobby is a very good idea if you have kids
