La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Locust Grove

Great place to stay. My family enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, we had booked a hotel room for two adults and three children, but upon arrival, we found only two queen beds in the room. When we brought this to the reception's attention, they confirmed our booking for two adults and three children but expressed their inability to accommodate us in a larger room due to availability. It was quite disappointing, especially standing there at 10 PM with three children.

Room was very hot all night long, 80 degrees. Room above us, kids bounced around for hours, 2 and 3 in the morning stomping and making noise. Absolutely no sleep. Ended up checking out at 2:39 a.m.

The stay at La Quinta was really amazing and my family really enjoyed

We booked this room as a pit stop between traveling based on the occupancy of 5 to the room. When we arrived, I asked the front desk if there was a sleeper sofa & he informed me that there wasn’t. As a family of 5, luckily we travel with an air mattress. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, quiet, & a seemingly safe area - just very disappointed that it was advertised as sleeping five, when it didn’t. So, two beds and a table moved, chairs placed strategically, & one air mattress later - we’re finally going to bed. If you’re looking for something that will sleep 5 people, look somewhere else.

Amazing experience at this hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here. My family enjoyed the whole stay the gym , pool , breakfast and staff. We will be back again. Thank you!

I'm very upset in the way i was treated when i arrived. I had been on the road 7 hours and was just ready for a good nights sleep. Before i could wven check in the gentleman at the counter told me i need to make sure I keep my kids quiet when I get to my room. They were not making any noise when we got there and an I ther guest whose was checking in, her kids were running around which did not bother me but he said this to me and not her which irritated me because me and my kids were profiled. I do not feel like the place was kid or family friendly. I booked my room online days before and i was told i had to guve him another card to pay a $25 deposit which it does not state this online. He said no worries you will get this back as soon as you check out. I still have not received my money bavk. When we walked in the room it looked great until we seen a roach crawling on the wall. When we went down for breakfast before checkout the next morning the breakfast tasted horrible. All 5 of us agreed. The gentleman who checked us out was great.

Friendly staff. Spent time in the lobby with family and the staff was very accommodating

Verry relaxing and super cozy in & out of the room. Everything near site. Restaurants,gas stations and shopping. The outlets were down two block. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms were verry comfort and relaxing. If it was me i would have spent most of the time in the room. I slept like a baby and didnt want to get up.a person with back problems will have no problem. I approve this message and this was my first experience with laquinta hotel.

Perfect place for our family to stop for the night on our road trip. Clean hotel near restaurants.
