The front-desk staff at both check-in and checkout were kind. The staffer at check-in made sure to get our family two rooms near each other. The continental breakfast was reasonable.

Overall nice but the indoor pool was way too warm for the grandchildren to swim. After many hours of traveling they were pretty disappointed the pool and pool area was so hot.

Ok let me start with what was good: the staff.. and that’s where the good ends… The bad: first off the smell was horrible, even the staff knew the smell was bad bc they had an essential oil diffuser going in the main lobby. The second thing was the elevator’s screen to show you which floor you were on was broken… the third thing was the bathrooms.. the tub had peeling paint on the bottom of the tub and it was just unsanitary… the fourth thing was the floors were sooo dirty. Like my kids took their shoes off in the room and just from walking around in our room their feet were black! The fifth thing was the breakfast or rather lack there of. There was literally 4 boxes of Rice Krispies, 2 spoons, a handful of yogurts, a few bagels, Twinkie’s, ding dongs, and bananas and a waffle maker and that was it.. so if you are looking for a continental breakfast just go somewhere instead.. the last thing was the pool was not even filled all the way up.. So chances are if the pool isn’t filled correctly then they probably haven’t cleaned it well… honestly after all the bad I would just love to get my money back and please do not stay at this hotel. Whatever so you do!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was okay. Pool opened at 3pm, my kids wanted to go swimming before then. The beds were uncomfortable.

I was very disappointed after seeing the hotel in person. I thought Ramadas were suppose to be nicer hotels, but this wasn’t. Check in was easy and quick. We paid for a king room with a fold out sofa, but after 10 min in our room someone complained about the noises of my 4 year old and since we knew it was going to be an ongoing issue since we had only been there for 10 min and was already getting complaints, we asked to move rooms. We got moved into a room with double beds (which does not fit my family) we had to bring in an air mattress of our own to have another place to sleep. Both rooms that we had been in looked like they hadn’t been swept in a while. I had to take a towel from the room, soak it in water just to clean the floors because our socks were turning black. The room did smell clean along with clean hallways and a couple of breakfast options in the morning. I wouldn’t return to the hotel.
