Very upset and unpleased. The sheets were dirty as well as the bathroom and the hoyel. I requested another room and they didnt have any. There was lipstick and stains in the sheets. I wanted to go to another hotel, but i arrived at 11pm with 2 babies, so it was too hard to move them and we decided to stay. I took photos, but I'm unable to upload them.

I usually don't leave any negative reviews as we stayed in this property a few times before and it is usually just an average place to sleep with easy highway access. My room on the second floor had a foul smell throughout with a weird "damp rag" smell throughout the room mixed with a chemical smell to mask it. (not kidding).My friends who stayed on the first level had to change their rooms out for the same reason. Almost if there was water intrusion somewhere and it was not remedied properly as it was evident with dehumidifiers placed in the hallway and bedrooms. Bedsheets also had stains and bed pillows were overly soft Child size like pillows making getting a good night sleep impossible. We had several rooms booked and none of us will be staying there again.

It was our first stay in a Belmont and the hotel was “less than” : Here’s why: A dehumidifier was in the room ; but it still smelled & felt swampy. We could not even turn around in the bathroom. Nothing felt clean or fresh probably due to the humidity . ( I am from Deep South so I know how to live in humidity humidity). There was not one picture or piece of art work in the place which says a lot about how stripped down it was. But the worst part was late at night and school kids were running all over the place and making tons of noise and management was not prepared to handle situation or to speak to their chaperones. Never again…

Good one night stay family of 3, traveling on 75 from Ontario to Florida. Comfy, clean, pretty good choices (hot breakfast), included in the price

We stopped for a quick stay on our way to Florida. It was very clean, quick and a very polite check in, and extremely comfortable bed. We both slept like babies. Breakfast was decent. For the price, it couldn’t be beat.

There is a hard working family operating this hotel but ultimately, the rooms were smelly and humid. Breakfast was horrible and there was a dead stink bug in my bed. In the 2nd room my kids found a cockroach etc. I would not return. Affordable but you get what you pay for.

The staff at this hotel was extremely pleasant and very helpful. My family and I stayed here during Hurricane Idalia and we were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

This property was in a great location for our trip to Wild Adventures in Valdosta, GA. We were celebrating my youngest child's College Graduation and we enjoyed our time there. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. Also, the breakfast was worth getting out of bed for. I will be back again and Thanks for a fun time!

We were on the bottom floor next to the side entrance. There didn't seem to be any kind of sound proofing to the room. We listened to a child running around & jumping above us until almost midnight. You could hear every time someone went in or out of the side door. We were kept awake by a couple having a conversation for 15 minutes outside our door around 10:30pm. You can hear the noise from the interstate. We got very little sleep with all the noise. The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable but I would not recommend this property due to the noise.
