Our stay was nice for our family of 5. We were there 2 nights. It's a close drive to Wild Adventure - maybe 10 minutes. Breakfast was served by kind, friendly, wonderful ladies each morning. The room service staff was very helpful in getting clean towels. The front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Would stay here again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, the staff were all very kind and ready to help with any thing we needed, breakfast was great and the attendant was wonderful making sure to tell everyone good morning, the kids loved the pool, and the patio furniture was very nice too. If that wasn’t enough they had a happy hour while we were there and had free beer and wine as well as some cookies and other snacks from 5-7! Next time I need to stay in the area I’ll be back!

The breakfast staff was excellent!!! They greeted every person that walked in and said goodbye when they left. They just don't have enough staff to clean the rooms every day. That was weird. But everyone, including front desk os always freindly and helpful. This is the second time Ive stayed there with my family and Ill probably stay again.

We received a call as we were driving from Indiana on the day of arrival in Georgia that we wouldn't get the suite we wanted due to construction. We still got 2 queen beds and the price was $20 less. That made us a bit nervous. But, when we got there, the room with 2 queen beds was ready and the bed was very comfortable! I slept like a baby and that is not common. And I do want to say the lady welcoming everyone to breakfast and helping take care of our needs was fabulous!! She was very sweet, friendly and helpful to everyone! Customer service was superb!!

The property booked my family and I in a room with a broken bed. According to the night shift receptionist, this was a KNOWN ISSUE and previously reported by another customer the day prior. No effort was placed to move my family to a different room. Completely unacceptable!!!

We did not get the exact room as we reserved and had to change rooms 2 times due to wrong amenities in room, clogged tub in second room, the 3rd room did not have any trash bins so we got one at the front desk. The bottom floor hall ways and the elevator floors were always wet. The breakfast was free but not real did not taste or smell like waffles and sausage. We ended up taking the family to IHOP. This place is noisy but they do give out earplugs with your room. The best thing about this place is the staff they were amazing.

Great property! We are on vacation with ourl family. Wonderful staff and clean spacious rooms. Love the outdoor pool! Nice breakfast!

I really loved the hotel. Rooms were clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Only problem was the guests on the floor above us had 4 kids and 2 dogs and it was extremely loud. You could hear every step they made. Almost sounded like they were rearranging furniture or something up there. Staff asked them to quiet down but didn’t help
