My family was having a medical emergency at Emory John creek so we booked a room because we didn’t know if they would let us stay. We were able to stay and and tried to cancel room and no refund .. I personally think this company doesn’t honor what it stands for we were have an emergency and I thought that this motel would have worked with us but no.. will not recommend hotel. Com or this hotel ever ..

We stayed two nights in John’s Creek because I was looking for a quiet, safe location while visiting Atlanta area. The hotel was very safe and centrally located to many attractions. It had a pool and full hot breakfast, which made my kids happy. The room had separate space for couch area and sleeping area, why ch was great with kids. While the hotel room was overall large, comfortable and clean, it had several downsides also. The sink by the bathroom had a broken drain stop and would not drain because it was stuck in closed position. After no sight of bugs or dirt for the first two days, on the last morning, I awoke early to find a roach near the sink by the mini-fridge area (where we had to brush our teeth due to other broken sink). There are a ton of breakfast options, but the eggs were terribly rubbery and generally cold and coffee was bitter.

I loved staying there, any trouble or concerns we had they was there to help us. Our shower was not working and we only had one more night stay, but they still moved us to another room for the inconvenience and gave our little kids a free snack also. They was nice and helpful every step of the way. I will be returning

The property was clean and the room was very spacious. The staff during my check-in was very friendly and helpful. I can't say the same about the staff at the front desk during breakfast. One woman in particular was very rude as all I did was ask for some hot chocolate for my child and was met with aggression.

Moreen and Aisha our hostesses were great. They made the stay really special. We were there on Aisha's birthday so we got to wish her a happy birthday. They treated us like family.

Hotel is located in a great area with everything around you could need. The hotel area is beautiful for taking pictures with your family and for walking and looks very peaceful. The Food was great and everything very clean and safe to use, the cups were covered with plastics which I found very hygienic. The staff is a little reserved when giving you the welcome. Gym ceiling needs some work. In general, we loved the stay in this place. I really recommend it.

The room i booked after getting to the room found out that the couch was not a queen pull out sofa then we exchanged rooms for i had a party of 6. we were then on the first floor with the required requested reservation, but the room has never been cleaned correctly. was never vacuumed for there was chips, pretzel and candy pieces on the floor. chocolate caked in the carpet. Thank God the bathroom was clean. The night front desk clerk {sorry don't remember his name} was supper nice and did everything in his power to make us as comfortable as he could. it would have been great to keep the original room due to its size, but the couch was not pull out and was not able to exchange it with one that did be we arrived after 10 Pm from a 12 1/2 hr. drive and was tired. I never bothered with the breakfast, but the grand kids said it was ok but right across the street was a Dunkin Donuts. I am normally a Hilton Hampton inn kind of gal, but this was the closes to my son's home and graduation festivities. You need a quality control supervisor to check off these rooms prior to releasing them to patrons. Short cuts don't cut it in this line of business..

The hotel is listed as pet friendly but is really pet tolerant with a stiff price tag. I did not see anywhere on the site that there was a $75 pet fee until I arrived at the motel. In this day and age where many of the upscale hotels welcome pets and even provide doggie bags with treats and toys, Hyatt is only tolerant of pets if you pay a healthy fee. I am sure all they did after we left was to change linens and vacuum. I wont be staying a Hyatt anymore when traveling with our extended family.
