Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Duluth Downtown

It is such a beautiful hotel and area of Duluth to visit. The hotel's location is perfect, we were a block over from the courtyard of downtown Duluth. It was family-oriented with loads of room for the kids to run around or even play on the playgrounds. The local food was so yummy, and the staff at the hotel were so kind to our family. Our weekend was perfect!

The location is great. Just cross the road , there are many good restaurants, next to city hall, and playground for kids. Parking space is good security and large.

Went for business in Duluth, this property is across the street from City Hall Center. Cool outdoor Ampath theater and park. Great place for kids and adults.

extremely convenient to the downtown area Rooms were rather small. If we would have had 2 kids or teenagers with us it would have been cramped. It is not a room you want to hang out in if it had been a rainy day for example. Luckily it was a beautiful day. At that price there should have been a free coffee breakfast.

We had a GREAT time! Property is beautiful. Within walking distance of so many restaurants and fun places. food trucks, tap and wine bars, definitely fun and family friend also. We will be back!

We love this hotel and stay for 2 to 3 weeks every year. We can walk to restaurants, the beautiful park, and it's only 2 miles from our children and grandchildren. It's our beautiful home away from home. A

The Marriott is across the street from Duluth's downtown town green. The park includes a splash pad for kids, green space, and when I was there, a concert. In the area for a funeral, I wanted a place away from the freeway where I could get outside and walk. Downtown Duluth is small, but you can walk to restaurants and shops in the area. It's a quick drive from I-85. So location was the high point. Parking was easy. My elderly mother joined me at the last minute. Having not booked an accessible room, she had trouble walking the distance to our room and could not step into the tub. If you have mobility challenges, make sure to book something accessible. Overall, the property was clean. There is a nice outdoor area to escape the freezing 68 degree lobby temp. Lots of space in the lobby if you need to work. My only dislike was the overwhelming perfume smell in the lobby. I think the chain is trying to create a branded fragrance, but it's annoying and cloying. People sensitive to fragrances beware.
