Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta

Hotel was clean. We had a terrible experience with the facility. I had Reserved and booked a room with two double beds and After driving 8 1/2 hours we got to the hotel, they said they were sold out of double bedrooms. I was traveling with children from multiple families and Had to have two double beds. Their solution was providing me a king bed, and a rollaway although this may have worked, it was not idea for my travelers. Then they stated I did not reserve a room with breakfast, which was completely wrong and I had to argue with them to get this sorted out. The process took so long that we almost missed our deadline for checking in at the event, we were supposed to be there to attend. What should’ve been a quick and easy transition turned into a nightmare.

Extremely noisy rooms. Lots of screaming babies on every floor. Babies crying at 4am and patents talking loudly to deal with them, doors slamming while they go in and out We had 3 rooms on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. None of us had a good nights sleep. Horrible experience

Beautiful, clean, good ambience and accomodating for our family with two babies

Location is good for me. Noise from patio very loud . 3 o’clock in morning. Can’t call front desk from room phone. They stopped noise for about 15 minutes. Then went on until 4:30 am. Bathroom floor had dirty footprints and hair on it. Allow kids to use their hands to help themselves at the breakfast bar. Did not try the food after seeing that! They said the manager will reach out to me, haven’t heard anything yet. Poor standards for Alpharetta, maybe the norm for Marriott. Sad to see.

The property looked great. I wouldn't bring family if you want to stay on a weekend. There are a few people partying after 1am. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

What I like about the property is it clean, quiet, and comfortable for my family and I to relaxed.

Very nice staffs and nice location. We had a soccer tournament and lots of kids but very accommodating.
