Helendorf River Inn, Suites & Conference Center

Perfect location to everything in Helen! Walked to all the restaurants and shops during our stay. Our family loved having balcony overlooking the river and being able to hang out at the river whenever we wanted! We enjoyed tubing on the river with the Cool River tubing also. Great stay and will definitely be back again!

It was a pleasant stay. It is not a fancy hotel but is nice, cozy, and family-friendly. Very good location, walking distance from all the main attractions in the town. We visited during the Christmas season and our room had a small Christmas tree, which was a nice touch.

We hadd a wonderful family trip to see Helen lit up during Christmas. It was a beautiful time!! The Inn was festive and the perfect location to walk around. Also a short drive to Anna Ruby Falls which were stunning. We had a wonderful trip!!

I liked everything except the cont. breakfast.. which was gone within an hour, first day, and not available the next two days. Only downside, the adjoining doors were very hard to open. Had Grand children in there and they could not open. Everything else was great.

Very nice location. Rooms were large and very clean. Staff very helpful. Older place but has great ambiance. Nice to have available a heated pool also to use during the colder months. I would recommend staying here for families, couples or someone having a wedding or reunion. Thank you Helendorf for a perfect vacation. We’ll be back.

I liked the stay the rooms was fine, i like the fact that there was conjoined rooms for a family.. Parking was kinda tight meaning there was no parking. The only thing I had an issue with was, me and my family African American came in for breakfast like 7isham before we checked out, I'm very observant and I noticed the desk female clerk older lady with blonde hair and it was a younger gentleman there that morning. March 19th. They watched us eat and stared it was very uncomfortable and some of my family went elsewhere to eat. If the food is for breakfast then let people eat and enjoy themselves don't make them uncomfortable... But overall I enjoyed my stay

Was awesome me and my family loved it! Everything was really nice and clean. And the service was awesome. The management was very friendly and helpful at everything. We even extended our stay there. Definitely we will be back again to Helen and we will stay there. The rooms were Clean and spacious. We loved it!

Fantastic location to many walking destinations. Different areas at hotel to access the river to play/fish/relax. Great place for families, couples and/or friends that want a fun getaway

We were upgraded to a king and kitchenette. But the curtains kept falling down, mattress was very lumpy, pillows were flat. Toilet kept running. Black stuff came out of the bathroom faucet. We told them about the faucet and curtains. But the curtains broke again. There was a family reunion and so much smoking and loud music. I let the front desk know at 10:00 but the music continued till 11pm. It said non smoking room but all balconies have ash trays to smoke on. Very misleading. My husband gets migraines so that made it horrible. We checked out 4 days earlier. At least we got reimbursed. There should be hotel policies about noise and cut off time. We will never stay here again. Front desk was kind and helpful but that was about it. Housekeeping forgot our special request the next day we were there.

Great and perfect location, comfort bed, clean room, my family and me had a great week there, in special enjoyed the river, there are many attractions to do, and lots of restaurants to eat, I recommend this place, we come back again.
