Very nice hotel. The staff was great. They gave us a room upgrade for our anniversary. Hotel was clean, great service and couple/family friendly.

Everyone at the property was extremely nice. Christy 3-11 by far went out of her way and made my stay with my two kids so enjoyable. I will recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to our next stay!!

There were bugs in my suite. I informed the front desk who said they would send maintenance to spray but we realized the window in the room was broke so bugs continued to come into the room. My newborn was bit by something and cried all night. Terrible stay.

It’s seldom you get a chain affiliated hotel that feels like family, but this Comfort Inn felt that way. From the moment you were greeted at the desk, it was clear that the staff was most interested in your comfort and less interested in anything else. Every question or request was followed through and always with a “is there anything else…?” Breakfast was the usual eggs, meat, bread, gravy and waffles, but tasty and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and roomy, but show their age a bit with little maintenance nits (loose plugs, minor wall damage, drippy faucet). Nothing major and the fireplace was amazing (it was cold outside!). There are restaurants and a park within easy walking distance. Downtown was a bit further and not an easy hike unless you are used to walking. Overall, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

There is nothing real "fancy" about Country Inn but it is one of my family and I's favorite place to stay. Always friendly and clean. Always peaceful.

Staff was attentive and polite but definitely short staffed. However the hotel is in need of serious upgrades. They charge a $5 resort fee but don’t offer any resort amenities, pool needs a facelift, rooms are outdated and many things don’t work. Our remote back was broken, the main door to the room didn’t lock and had to be repaired by attendant after we checked in. There’s virtually no sound proofing between floors or from the hall noise, peeling paint, toilet paper holder was hanging sideways. We only stayed one night for a quick family trip and it worked ok but I would definitely not stay longer than that I would like at some of the other options in the area.

Great location! The gentleman who worked the breakfast area was very kind! We cannot say the same for the woman who worked the front desk. We paid extra money to have a hotel with a pool for our kids, but you couldn’t see the bottom of the 4ft pool - it was very cloudy, so the kids didn’t even get to use the pool. We would maybe recommend this hotel for a one night stay, but not a multiple night stay.

I really wanted to enjoy this proper as my family frequently stay at Country Inn and Sweets. While the staff was extremely helpful and kind the facilities are extremely subpar. It must be an older location and really could use a serious deep clean or a complete remodel. It was in a great location and very walkable. The staff always greeted us with a smile.
