Best Western Plus Fairburn Atlanta Southwest

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was okay however I didn’t like the sink being apart of the room, and separated from the shower; and needless to say the one switch turn on the light over the sink and the light in the shower; so going to the bathroom at night wakes up everyone! The air conditioner was very loud but did work well. A pet peeve of mine is the height of the toilet that seems to be for children only. Breakfast was mediocre but the hotel is located in a great location.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. The lobby, room, and hallways were clean. The exterior was well kept. There is a convenience store and several restaurants very close by. However, as my daughter and I were enjoying the indoor pool, a large group of preteen and early teen children came into the pool area with no adult in sight. The pool rules clearly stated ALL minors must be accompanied by an adult. These children were extremely loud and boisterous. My daughter is Autistic and has sound sensitivity issues, so she and I went back to the room. These same kids were staying in the rooms surrounding our room, and were screaming, banging doors and walls, and running up and down the hallway all night, keeping everyone on the floor awake. I knocked on the door next to our room, ask the occupants to keep the noise down, and there were only children in the room. I asked where an adult was, and they said they were in two different rooms, but only the kids were in that room.The front desk offered to change our room, but my daughter was already settled in our room. I requested two extra towels from the front desk and was told they had already given out all the extra towels they had to the family with the kids from the pool. The hotel was good, in general, but they should do a better job of enforcing their rules, especially about the unsupervised children running amuck. I know the front desk could hear the yelling in the pool, but no one ever addressed it.

The room we got was dirty had to wait in lobby with 1 and 3 year old and pregnant girlfriend from 1am to 3am was given the wrong room and first room I got was dirty came to bring my kids swimming pool was closed everything was wrong.

I loved the staff was amazing and my kids, my dads and us the room os big and very comfort the breakfast is good and the guys working in the breakfast room is A+. I'm really stay again ❤️.

The staff they made me feels like family understanding and cares

My family and i were driving from North Carolina to Houston, and stopped here for the night. We got in a couple of minutes after the pool closed, and the very kind gentleman opened to pool back up for my daughters. It made my youngest's day, after a long day in the car. Thank you

I enjoyed the ambience. The weather was ideal and encouraged one to explore the local vicinity. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and the accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast menu was fulfilling. I traveled with family and they also had high praises for this Best Western Plus property.

Stay was great with my family's visit to Atlanta.
