Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Peachtree City, an IHG Hotel

Our room was accommodating for our stay with two small children. We wish the staff would have informed us of the air purifiers in our rooms and emptied them when they would service our rooms and prior to our arrival. The front desk personnel were very wishy washy, you never knew which attitude you would receive. The fixtures in the rooms are rusting due to the humidity in the rooms.

The staff i encountered particularly Kenya and Sam were absolutely amazing!!! These two were so kind and welcoming, if this review was only about these lovely women, it would be a 5 star across the board. Lovely service. The other staff were quite the opposite, unfriendly and unpleasant. The lady that checked us out was rude and didnt want to give us a receipt, which made no sense. Only wished i had gotten her name. The room was far from clean. It had an ants infestation and with a 1 year old in the room it was rough, thankfully our baby wasn't bitten, but we were a few times. The bathroom was not clean, hair on the floor upon check in, the shower creaked a lot (felt like you would fall through), ants all over the furniture in the room and i saw no one get in that dirty pool!!!! The area was nice, conveniently located near a Kroger's, Ross, nail shops and more. Ihop, waffle house, outback, Smokey Bones and a few other places aren't too far a drive away either. It was cute seeing people on the golf carts and had we stayed longer we definitely would have gotten one for the day. Overall, the location and only the service received by Kenya and Sam are the things i can say are beaming about this place.
