Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport, an IHG Hotel

Because of a late flight we arrived at 2am to check in only to find the hotel computer system crashed due to the cyber attack. The two ladies at the front desk did an outstanding job handling everything and my family and I were checked in within 20 minutes. The beds were very comfortable.

4th person in line and took 40 minutes to check in. One junior member of staff was overwhelmed. Poor reflection on IHG and their training programmes

We had such a wonderful experience at Staybridge! I had read the reviews prior and would like to say Melanie, at the front desk was SO friendly and accommodating. We came in extremely late the night we arrived and she made sure we had the extra blankets and pillows we would need for our family, without even asking! Breakfast was outstanding every morning and the service and kindness of every dining room employee was above and beyond! Our room was very clean and very accommodating for the four of us. We had Brad at the front desk one morning and he got us set up for the shuttle that goes back and forth from the airport. Which a huge shout out to our shuttle drive who - at 4:30am - was so polite and helpful getting us safely to the airport in time! And thanks again to Melanie who made sure my girls had a little “to-go” breakfast for our trip home. Staybridge, you went above and beyond and we loved every second of our stay. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

Room was good size. Plenty of room. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly. Great room if you are traveling with a family and need to cook.

The airport shuttle was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and family friendly. Thr breakfast was a plus, i will stay again!

I enjoyed my stay very clean and sanitary for me and my family.

Convenience to aiport and availabilty of suites for our family of 5

The staff was the best staff I had encountered in years. I want to give a special thank you to the Assistant manager on the morning shift; I believe her name is Danisha "D", Ms. Kiesha and Ms Mimi on the day and evening shifts. They were so welcoming we had family move from other hotels in the area that weren't so nice to the Staybridge. The only issue I had was that the carpet could have been cleaned and wlthe room could have been stocked with more pots an dishes for cooking and eating. Thanks Staybridge.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect for my family of five. I love that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living room where the pull-out sofa and second TV were. The breakfast included both hot and cold options: eggs, waffles, sausage/bacon, bagels, muffins, cereal, etc. There was something for everyone in my family. We also made use of the free shuttle to the airport. Overall, everything was clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff in the hotel was very nice and helpful.However,the Driver that took my family to the airport was very rude and non accommodating.He arguard with us about not being able to transport us,he said he didn't have room.but it was.he didn't assist with luggage.he dropped us off far beyond our point,we had to walk.He drove off.Poor service
