We did not stay at the hotel. After we checked in with the front desk, once the attendant showed up (who was not very professional and spoke very little English), we carried all of our things up the stairs because there was no elevator. We opened the door to the room and were immediately disgusted by the smell (which smelled like a nursing home or a mortuary), the A/C unit was loud and clanky, there was stains and nasty stuff on the comforter and the overall cleanliness of the room was not suitable for sleeping/staying in! We immediately went back down stairs to check out and leave. We talked to the front desk attendant to get a FULL REFUND for the room! He told us that there was nothing he could do because it was booked through a third party (Hotels.com). Needless to say… I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It is more of a rent by the hour type of hotel than a family friendly place to stay. If I could rate this in the negative I most certainly would, but I cannot so I will give it ZERO STARS out of five. We are demanding a FULL REFUND to our credit card!!

As advertised, it was a pleasant staying with my family. Recommend it.

Rude staff . Act like they really don’t want you there . Booked 2 rooms for family , placed on separate floors . Asked for towels for pool for grandkids acted like it was a big inconvenience. No warning when you exit to pool it’s a drop-down no step . Grandson fell and hurt his knee . Will avoid hotel at all cost
