Some of the staff were very customer friendly; others not so much. Very awkward at times with some of the staff during checkin, not very enthusiastic or eager to interact with customers upon check in. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was nice and spacious; comfortable beds and great to see full kitchen even though it was not needed for our family! Hotel is somewhat difficult to get in and out as location is tucked up in a private drive.

My children and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay - the friendly and quick service, the amazing cleanliness, the amenities were perfect and make my children happy as did strong wifi and children’s choices on the television. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty and a nice variety pleasing to all ages and diets. Thank you.

We love this hotel and stay in one of the suites whenever we head down to FL to see family. They have a pack-and-play for the little one and the separate bedroom means they can go to bed and the parents don’t have to tip toe around.

Great stay and location. Friendly staff. The only complaint i had was that i asked for a quiet room and we were placed next door to a room with young children. We could hear them early in the morning while trying to sleep in.

We were quickly given a room upon arrival, however, once we went up to our room we found that it had been left open. So we had to go back downstairs to secure another room. Then when we were getting ready to go to sleep we discovered that there were no sheets in the room for the sleeper sofa. When opening it we found it to be covered with stains and food crumbs both on and under the mattress. We also had issues with kids playing ding dong ditch and calling our room phone. Overall a little stressful.
