My family and I stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy Jeykll Island, which is about a 30 drive from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. I tried the hot food, which was eggs and sausage, and they were not good at all lol. However, They did have waffles, toast, english muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, etc. So, there were plenty of options for everyone.

It was a wonderful experience, great location and amenities. Perfect for my needs of attending a family funeral. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent overall. I have told numerous friends and family of how great this hotel was for us. Clean, comfortable and friendly.

A last minute booking while traveling - Easy check in - Pleasant professional check-in clerk. Room spacious but A/C thermostat was not working luckly for us it was not too hot but it would have been a problem if in a Summer night. 1super small bottle of shampoo, 1 conditioner - No enough for two people !! kind of stingy Dining room staff at breakfast was great - The breakfast was OK for us because we don't eat breakfast but for a family perhaps insufficient. The pancake machine broken, OJ dispenser empty . The juice/water dispenser was old and leaked. Nice display of biscuits. Some yogurt and fruits but very limited selection.

We checked in very late after being stuck on the road for many hours. The woman that checked us in was pleasant and very helpful. Once we got to our room i immediately noticed a few spots in the shower that the cleaning crew missed. The next morning I wanted to watch some soccer while my kids got ready and learned our room didnt have a remote. When we brought it up to the desk we were given a remote that didnt work, returned that and got a remote that worked for 5 minutes before the batteries died. Finally the third remote worked for the remainder of our stay. This second woman working the desk during the remote ordeal was not friendly. While I hoped this to be an outlier I quickly found it to not be true. The breakfast attendant had a bad attitude and felt it necessary to regularly interject herself. On top of those to experiences we were met every morning by housekeeping outside our door harassing us about when we were checking out and if they could go into the room. I chose to forgo housekeeping during our stay as their aggressive attitude made me uneasy about them being in our room. Had i known all this i would have happily spent more to stay on jekyll island.
