Service and people were very friendly. Showers do not have mats or non skid insides so be careful. Outside set-up is really nice.

The hotel is beautiful and location is ideal. The decor and cleanliness is superb. If you aren’t particularly fond of pets don’t book a room here! The dogs barked all night!!! I was even greeted by a pit bull as I entered with my grandchildren. I am not an animal hater but please be considerate when assigning us to a room with two other families with pets.

Brunswick GA. Check in person not very friendly. Handicap room in the shower had no non skid floor and all the water ran out of the shower area on the the floor in front of the sink. Very dangerous. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back but will think twice now. Breakfast just okay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. THIS HOTEL IS VERY PET FRIENDLY. If you have an allergy, like I do, make sure you request a room on a floor that does not have pets. I was originally booked on a floor with pets, but I told the staff and the manager placed us on the fourth floor. The staff try to keep the first and second floors for guests with pets. Another issue was that the shower would lose water pressure if you tried to take a hot shower, dramatically decrease. Shower took longer, but the bathroom was beautiful.

One light that has a short in it next to the bed would not stay on. No hair dryer in the room. No extra pillows in the room. We have stayed here three other times and it was great, but this time not so much. Breakfast lacking in variety, Fruit all not ripe. No potatoes, No containers of milk for the kids. Juice station great, eggs good and so was the sausage. Check-in person was great and check-out person was great,

I had a great stay at this hotel with my family. the receptionists were freindly. the room was spacious and very clean and it had a section with couch, 2 TVs, kitchen area, 2 queen comfortable beds and.. pet friendly!

The overall stay was nice. Service was great. The cleanliness was on point. The breakfast could be upgraded. The cinnamon waffles were delicious!!! The coffee was pitiful. Tasted like dirty water. They have delicious fruit water for all of the visitors. The pillows were crap. Our door would close. It was completely off balance. We literally had to lift up on it hard until we heard a click. That got very aggravating very fast. Our whole stay we heard children running back and forth at ALL TIMES OF DAY AND NIGHT. That was annoying. We told front desk, but they didn’t do anything. They have a nice little outside activity areas.

The property is beautiful, the staff is excellent, and complaints are taken care of. My family really enjoyed the stay, but for future reference, families with many small kids should have bottom floors. Beautiful hotel.
