The property is surrounded by an upscale subdivision and really nice natural landscaping. When we arrived to Best Western, I told my son, “Uhmm, I believe we just flashed back to the 1980’s”. The hotel has absolutely nothing “updated” to this century. I remember as a child staying in the Holiday Inn’s, Motel 6’s, Day’s Inn’s, etc. I’m 55 now. I had rather paid an extra $50 for the super modern stay, Literally at the next intersection of the exit. Pool was being treated with chemicals at 5:00 pm?? When your customers are just arriving after a long day of traveling? Come on, management. You can do better than that.

The shower and pool were dirty. Another family complained that their bed was dirty. Staff are nice, but somewhat inefficient.

I dont like the fact that a pool is advertised, when in fact it was not cleaned and not quite open for the season. If not open, then dont list it. Truthfuly, i would have, booked elsewhere, the kids, as myself look forward to it when traveling. I should haved asked, but feel i shouldnt have to.

Very quiet a/c. Great breakfast options. Our room had a connecting door which allowed conversations/baby, which you normally wouldn't hear. Bathroom faucet installed too far back from the sink so that water went all over counter. Nice for pets.

I’m in the room next to the gym on the 2nd floor and a woman and her kid are super loud. And she is having an entire conversation on speaker phone. This is the worst stay ever!

One upsetting thing was the bath/shower. We are in our 70’s. There was no shower mat or any non skid surface. Very dangerous. Disappointed.
