Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

I dont like the fact that a pool is advertised, when in fact it was not cleaned and not quite open for the season. If not open, then dont list it. Truthfuly, i would have, booked elsewhere, the kids, as myself look forward to it when traveling. I should haved asked, but feel i shouldnt have to.

Very quiet a/c. Great breakfast options. Our room had a connecting door which allowed conversations/baby, which you normally wouldn't hear. Bathroom faucet installed too far back from the sink so that water went all over counter. Nice for pets.

I’m in the room next to the gym on the 2nd floor and a woman and her kid are super loud. And she is having an entire conversation on speaker phone. This is the worst stay ever!

One upsetting thing was the bath/shower. We are in our 70’s. There was no shower mat or any non skid surface. Very dangerous. Disappointed.

Visiting family in Marietta, convenient to their home.

A few spiders. Kind of freak my kid out.

Towels so thin good for a child If so. Pilows same no support Breakfast microwave eggs terrible.

Excellent! Service, Comfort, Slept like a baby, loved the hygiene products and breakfast was delicious!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was a vacation for the kids before school start. The location was nice hotel receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and they had a hot breakfast every morning.

Overall, this was not a bad stay. The outside looks very dated but they did a nice job with updating the interior. Rooms were nice and clean. When I checked in (with two young kids), they had us in a ground level (enter your room from outside). My kids were concerned, so I asked if we could be moved and they graciously put us on the 2nd floor which was great. Downsides: extremely loud, vulgar and scary fighting in the room next to us in the middle of the night. We could hear every word and my kids were terrified. I was truly expecting to hear a gunshot at any moment from how bad it was. I called the front desk (around 3am) and the person said they would take care of it. Shortly after, things did seem to calm down some but by that point, we were very rattled and had trouble falling back asleep. I know the hotel cannot control the behavior of all guests but this was the worst experience of this type I've ever had and did not feel safe at all. It was also horrible that my kids had to hear the stuff being said next door in what felt like very thin walls.
