We had two rooms for a family trip for 5 adults and two kids. Overall the hotel was great, very clean, the staff for friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little worned down, funiture had bumps and dents, one of our fridges didnt cool well, one frosted over. But it didnt bother us. We went in March so didnt go in the pool, but the workout room was clean and well equiped. Fair warning the breakfast can be petty busy but they are always bringing put new food so much wait a bit. Parking can also be a little hard to find. But the worst part were the pillows. They are flat and you just cant get comfortable. Everyone of the adults complained about them.

Love this place! Anthony was awesome, he was nice, friendly and he went over and beyond to accommodate my stay. I feel that he is a great asset to the Hilton group. Because of Anthony I would return and also recommend to all my family and friends

Honestly our stay was nothing special. The hotel is located in a nice area and is centrally located so that’s a bonus. The room overall was clean but had visible damage, scuff marks on the walls and ceilings and stains on the furniture. Our carpet also was wet in several areas due to the air conditioner leaking. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. The breakfast area was way too small for the amount of people there and they were often out of many items. There were tons of children unattended by adults, grabbing items off the buffet without using utensils. They even ran out of plates on 2 mornings we were there and we were forced to used bowls for things like toast or waffles. The parking is not great, but it’s in a city so I guess you can’t expect much. Was not expecting to have to pay $25 a day for parking as this was not advertised anywhere. Also be fair warned if you are sensitive to smells, this is not the place for you. On multiple occasions there was a strong overwhelming smell of weed. We smelled it in the hallways, parking garage, elevator and even at the breakfast buffet some mornings. Honestly would I stay here again, no. But it was a decent price in a nice area.

Our overall stay was very good! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The property/rooms are clean. Location puts your close to many shopping centers and places to eat. The only 2 things I would like to put out there for future customers is 1. To be mindful that parking is $25 a day and to unload luggage at the entrance of the hotel in the event you end up at the overflow parking garage (if you have a significant amount of luggage or kids in tow). The elevator for the garage was inoperable so the stairs were the only way up and down at the time of our visit. 2. The hotel charges the card on file a $100 per day incidental hold upon check in. We expected some sort of credit card hold but didn’t realize it would be as high as it was per day. If you are doing an extended trip, this may significantly cut down on available funds if you aren’t expecting it so plan ahead.

AUSTIN was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. He even suggested places for us to eat and places to go, I plan on staying at the Hampton Inn and suites in Buckhead more often because some of my family will be relocating there.

Easy access from Piedmont Rd. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Adequate furniture and nice wall decor. Complaints: One of the pillow cases looked brownish and rumpled; all the other cases were white. Stain on the carpet in front of the fridge. Coffee grinds left inside room CVI. The desk chair should be a high-back for back support. Loud motorcycle noise from the street at all hours of night. Part of the baseboard on the 3rd floor hallway was missing, making the hallway look tacky. Breakfast is from 6:00 to 10:00. I arrived for breakfast around 8:45 the first morning, to find the powdered eggs, sausage gravy and buiscuits cold. The next two mornings of my stay were no different. The walk between the hotel and the indoor parking garage was made difficult, because of construction next door. To get from the detached indoor parking garage to the hotel, guests had to take the garage elevator to the first level, which is fully reserved. Take the long way around the back of the hotel, or go through a doorway on the first level, down some some steps past the garbage containers, then up a ramp and around the corner to the front door of the hotel. Either way would be difficult for seniors, the disabled, those with young children, and anyone with more than one piece of luggage. On Sunday evening around 9:00 p.m., I encountered a couple on the first level of the garage. The woman was using a knee walker. They were trying to find their way out of the garage to get to the Hyatt hotel next door.
