I visited this hotel with my family for a few days and everything about it was top notch. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Very helpful! The pool area is beautiful and the connection to Lenox Square mall made it so easy. Also very close to the SlooMoo Institute which is a must if you have kids. Very pretty neighborhood and well appointed. 10/10 recommend

Room had no view - staff was very soft spoken and unhelpful in every way possible. Had my 2 year old by myself there, he was sick and they all sat around and watched me carry everything up myself (gladly would have tipped). Wouldn’t let door orders up or bring them up (again myself with a sick child). Terrible service for a jw marriot - staying at a less noted hotel and they gladly carried everything up and have been bringing up orders because they noted my son was sick. DONT STAY HERE. Not to mention how terrible the rooms are, heat didn’t work and it was cold that night so that didn’t help either. Rooms are terrible please stay away this isn’t the normal JW Marriot service.
