I had a corner city view room. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Pillows were good too. This hotel served the purpose of an overnight visit with family. Easy access. Skip the mall across the street, it had an odd vibe to it that I felt was a bit unsettling. I chose to have breakfast in the morning, excellent service and very friendly staff - food was about average. The front desk staff member who checked me in was fantastic and very friendly. Also answered a couple questions I had very well.

The hotel was cleaner than I what expected. the décor in the lobby was beautiful. I originally booked a king but upon arrival/check in we requested a queen and we were easily accommodated by the front staff. the room was spacious and the pillows were heavenly but One thing we wished we had was ventilation in the bathroom and also on one of the days we were there at 3 or 4 am they had to make an announcement on the intercom which woke up our toddler about power being out in the building but overall great hotel I'd stay there again

I loved this property very much. The staff was incredible, and the location is great. My only concern is the late night crowd is a little rowdy. Perfect spot for young professionals, no kids.

Nice place great energy, safe, attentive and friendly staff. There was a crying baby and a crying dog on my floor. Both was crying and whining incessantly. So I was sandwiched with the noise but I’m sure that won’t be others experience when they arrive.

Small room, uncomfortable beds and the air conditioner vent was directly next to the head of the bed. The wire detached closet was very noisy. There was limited food and beverage service. Not family friendly. There was no opportunity to walk around immediately outside of the hotel without having to cross a busy street and walk through a mall parking lot. There was nothing convenient about this hotel.

We arrived on a Sunday night to an environment that I can only compare to a club. Noisy, drunk people in the lobby and around the property; vehilcles loitering outside; just a very inappopriate environment for family. Other nights were better. But the overall experience was never very good; they just didn't seem to care whether we were comfortable or otherwise enjoying ourselves. Also, the location is not great. It's hard to walk from there to even the nearby shopping, as there are limited sidewalks or paths.
